The property was at a very good location next to the old city square with a parking place of its own. Easy to find on the old walls of the old city with a nice view. Inside it was very comfortable and clean. The owner was very attentive and responded to every request. The bulding both inside and outside was renovated and was very prety, new and pleasant. It had all the neccessary amenities and everything was working perfectly. Also there were some extra helpful things like maps and information about Crete and Chania and a plug converter.

The bathroom was a bit small but very clean. The shower gel and shampoo weren't enough for 4 persons for 4 days.

The location of the apartment is amazing, it's in the centre of Thessaloniki, the apartment is very well used, great space, and amazing balcony with a view of the main city square and also sea view. Also the owner is a great great guy, he let us enter earlier since we have a 3 months old baby. I would recommend this apartment to young couples or someone solo, without children.

It isn't a problem of the apartment, but the building. The elevator is small so the baby stroller can't physically fit inside, so you have to dismantle it so it could fit. It isn't a problem of the apartment, but the building. Also, many buildings in Greece have this problem, they were built like this.

The facility is quite run down. I have never seen a hotel with such dirty and run down carpets in my life. Really not great. New carpets or flooring will make big difference

Rooms are clean, you stay with olive trees, staff is kind and generous!

There is only one window with mosquito net, so you cannot open both windows on each side to have a constant wind stream and you have to use AC. And also, it is not the problem of the facility of course, but since it is on a hill, it gets lots of wind, so bring your long sleeves with you.
