The host was very responsive and kind-hearted, always available whenever we needed assistance. The room was spotless, cleaned, and well-maintained every single day with great attention to detail. A thoughtful touch was the daily replacement of coffee capsules for the coffee machine — something quite rare and very much appreciated. Overall, it’s an exceptionally clean and well-maintained place with a wonderful host. Highly recommended!

The room was exceptional. Very unique from the entrance onwards. It has a very modern with old school elements there that very well done. The room was spacious, clean and everything worked well. While there was no human to greet us/give us the key, everything had been explained to us via messages (including a very helpful exploration guide/recommendations).

Location: While there is a clean park out front, there were homeless people in them. They didn’t bother us at all though. And you have to walk a few streets to reach to the cleaner/well kept parts of the city.

A small and pleasant hotel with a family-style atmosphere. Located right on the seafront, which is wonderful. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We stayed for one night since the hotel is only 10 minutes from Preveza Airport. The furniture in the room is a bit dated, but it was absolutely fine and suited us perfectly.

Staff was friendly and helpful. We got there earlier than expected and were upgraded to a bigger room. Bed was very comfy and we had wifi in the room. The mini market was great and you can smoke everywhere outside. Food was alright and the themed nights are cool.

The hallways are tiled up so every sneeze, cough and breath can be heard as if it is inside your room. Doors close very loudly, so if you're a light sleeper - prepare. Also if you want nice beach - it's a no go. Beach is very tiny, only a handful of sunbeds, which are not sorted out in the evening and are all over the sand. Towels left for hours to "reserve" them, there is trash in the sand. Rooms are cleaned daily - if you manage not to be in the room when housekeeping comes (they come even if the Do not disturb sign is on). Water is very hard and the faucet was in terrible condition, also we had a leak under the sink that was not fixed for the rest of our stay.

Very small room with too much furniture. Hard to open the luggage. The curtain doesn't close the windows. There was someone's hair tie next to the sink. The elevator was not working in the morning so I had to carry my luggage two stories down through the stairs.
