You feel you are in the heart of Lambok culture I saw a small village lifestyle around my room, heard goats, smelt of how authentic of a village air looks like, kids playing at the enter point at rainy days, stay home moms were cooking. My only regret is my inability to join them as they are Muslim men looked unwilling to welcome me to some extend.

Amazing location right at the river, the food in the restaurant is good! The owners are absolutely wonderful and very flexible people very very accommodating and helpful. The jungle trek is the funnest experience and the catering and the guiding is organised extraordinarily well! Big thanks to Putra, Maya and our guides in the jungle!

This is such a wonderful hotel at the base of Mount Agung. It has breathtaking views of the mountain and it is only a short drive from the Besakih Mother Temple in Bali. The staff are exceptional and really make you feel taken care of and special. I will come back here again and again. Please stay here if you get the chance.

There's a lot of varieties for sure but some just have an average tastes if you compare it from other 4 star hotel in Batam. Even the diner we had don't represent the 5 star expectation, except for price.

Management should have a beverage or coffee stand near the pool area where guest can have a light meal or drinks during their relaxed time with the kids when they are having fun at the pool.

Great location, and very kind and helpful staff. They were nice and took care of everything we needed. They have also a store and an option to rent a bike which make it all in one place.

The AC in the room was super loud making it hard to sleep, and also there was a bad smell in the toilet. In general, the room needs a bit of maintenance.

It’s close from everything in Uluwatu! Surf, shops, cafes, nightclubs, and is located in a nice quite street! Private Vila if your on pool! 100% recommend!

Big spacious beds. Clean, new, locker with fingerprint lock, curtains on the bed. Wifi was pretty good and they have me toothbrush and toothpaste kit.

Bed was creaking when I sat down or turned. Also the shower and bathroom are basically connected to the bedroom area. For me it was fine, but it could bother someone.

Very large room. So many hotel rooms in Indonesia and Southeast Asia in general are quite small. This was a pleasant surprise.

Had to negotiate some stairs with our luggage. I lift or ramp would have been better. Some in our group were older and needed help.

- Upon our (late) arrival, the Night Desk Clerk was not very helpful, even rude, as if we were interrupting his sleep or something. - Room is old and dated, repair work visible on walls, the plumbing in the bathroom was suspect (maintenance man came into our room several times while we were there) - Pool closing at 6pm was annoying, would've liked an evening swim after the day's festivities and dinner, etc. were done.
