A charming place to stay with truly wonderful staff. The bed was very comfortable, and the sheets smelled fresh and clean. I slept like a baby—such a restful experience! Ayesha was absolutely wonderful and so helpful—she made the place feel just like home. Wonderful location, the path that leads to the Whine Sand beach is just behind the property.

Little things need maintenance like the door handle on the bathroom. But I understand the humidity makes it harder to keep in shape.

Grat place, staff and facilities. Full solution from Airport till Lake Toba, really worth it. Both the transport (safe and on time) and trekking services were superstandard. Chief Guide Nasir et al really helpful, informative, entertaining who also considered the special situations of some customers.

Loved the bikes, room, and service. Jay and the rest of the staff were amazing. They were always so friendly and booked excursions for us so quickly. The service was incredible and the property was stunning. we absolutely loved our stay at Kaleydo.

Breakfast options were lacking and we wished the private pool was warmer. Couldn’t get Netflix / tv to work which was disappointing.

The front desk wasn’t overly accommodating compared to the rest of the places we stayed at in Bali. They wouldn’t even book a taxi for us— said we could do it ourselves. The private pool was ice cold. I also thought I booked a villa with a nicer view, but the options online were kind of confusing/unclear. While we did have a “garden “view half of that garden was filled with concrete rock and we would’ve preferred to have been in a higher villa with more of a view. Since the villas were priced the same I would’ve booked the other one had the listing been more clear. We also have issues with our shower water pressure and lack of towels in the room

The location is definitely one of the best, specially if you want to go to Bromo by yourself ! Nice coffee and restaurant around the corner also. The staff is really nice, I had a problem with my scooter driver and they picked me up 🙏🏼. I succeed to have hot water regardless the previous comments.
