We booked the villa by the river and the view was nothing like it ! you can hear the relaxing sound of the river and enjoy the most beautiful view.. also the villa is quite spacious with a pantry. The place is a big resort and has some activities like yoga and cooking classes I would recommend the private yoga class very much. The restaurant is also good opens all the time from breakfast until the evening. The resort has some chilling spots by the river it very serene

The hot stays for less than 2 minutes reported this issue but was not fixed they said hot water is running fine also the smell of the bed sheets and pillows , I also had this reported and were changed but didn't leave a good impact about the villa cleanness . It's an ECO villa by the river it's natural to find some insects around but the are too many ants in the room and this should be controlled a little bit,, also the room smelled a bit musty

Everything was just like in the pictures. The villa is very spacious and fully equipped with everything you might need. Breakfast meant that someone actually came and cooked for us at the agreed time, which was a pleasant surprise. The host was always very helpful and responded immediately to our requests and concerns. The kitchen even had a water dispenser with drinking water. We really enjoyed our stay at the villa.

The area is still under construction and the access road was not great, but of course that’s not the owner’s fault. Also, the phone signal was mostly absent in the neighborhood, but luckily the Wi-Fi at the villa worked very well. The shower could use a deep cleaning as the tiles were stained by the water, but everything else was in great shape and well maintained.

The design of the villa is very unique and new the villa is always very clean the staff is very attentive and issue they will solve it. Fully equipped kitchen and water dispenser. It's very private and quiet. There is a cafe and restaurant you can order your breakfast lunch and dinner to be served in your villa or dine there. The food is delicious

Location was far from the attractions in ULUWATU. There was and an off smell in the kitchen sink but sadly we didn't report this issue which Im sure they if we did it will be fix

It was clean, comfortable and very friendly staff. They provide good laundry and rent bikes. They helped me to book snorkeling activity which was amazing.

The rooms were not very clean, and the bathroom definitely needs a deep cleaning and possibly some repairs. I understand that the water in Bali is not the best, but since the hotel is rated as a 4-star property, I expected more. The bathroom and beach towels were so stained that we had to request several times for them to be changed. The breakfast was fine — you could always find something to eat — but if you were vegan or had allergies, I’m not sure they had many options. The beach didn’t have guaranteed seating, as anyone could come and take a chair on the hotel’s beach as long as they ordered something.

I booked solo room, it was quite pricey considering the fact that it was a hostel- I did not get extra amenities/conaiderstion-none of the staff offered to assist me with luggage gojng up and down the outdoor stairs -the bathroom was dirty and needs to be cleaned and updated immediately - also there is major construction at the front of the building that I was not warned about until a day or two before, and it was so noisy and more importantly all of the debris that made airborned and likely inhaled when entering and exiting the hotel
