Great location and great price, room was very nice and exceeded my expectations from the pictures! beautiful view from the room. Hosts were super nice and let us stay an extra night no problem. Great location easy to walk to stores nearby and central Ubud.

It is loud in the early morning from the roosters. Bathroom could’ve been a little bit cleaner but was totally usable.

A fair few things wrong with the property - toilet seat was broken - shower head wasn’t working well - when the bath jets were turned on it stank - the roof was leaking (ended up dripping in my bag) - sink was leaking but that got fixed when mentioned And ect For the price I paid for 4 days I would have expected a little bit better then constant problems :)

A bit outdated, TV didn't work, and breakfast was very simple. Location is a bit far from the center. The extra bed was too expensive. For the money we paid there are better options in Cirebon.

There was a construction site just next to it, so very noisy. And the “breakfast included” means you have to order it from the menu the day before including tea or coffee, also for an exact time, what is very inconvinient.

The bathroom was very unclean and moldy, especially the shower curtain and the floor. There was also a mouse in my room. The AC worked well, but it was so dusty that in first couple of hours there were dust all over my bed.
