This was a charming hotel and I loved all of the antique touches. My room was very comfortable, well appointed and quiet. I wanted something within walking distance to my bus for the aiport and this was maybe a 5 minute walk, very convenient. I missed the breakfast, having to leave early, but there was a beautiful terrace to enjoy the breakfast on. I also really appreciated that there was an elevator to the fourth floor where Addimora is located, then I only had one small flight of stairs up to my room. I would absolutely stay here again!

Very convenient location next to the tram with a short ride into Venice or Mestre. Neighborhood is more residential but has a few amenities (restaurants, grocer). Both the hotel and room were clean and well maintained. Bathroom seemed newer; bedroom/beds were standard. It's a simple accommodation in a good location for a fair price. I would recommend it if you prioritize convenience and price, and don't need a super lively neighborhood or upgraded room.

The property is well located. I am very grateful after a sudden change of plans that we were able to book this room at the last minute. The room is very basic. That’s fine by me. The linens were clean. The rest was not so.

As I now understand it, the property is going for a refurbish in Fall ‘25. Typically not having an elevator is ok but the stairs are narrow and hauling a bike with packs on up three flights of stairs was tough. I fell on the way down. Not good. I do appreciate having the bike in my room tho as the property is city center. Also the check in process was painful as I only looked at the text as I rolled into the hotel to find out that I needed to be 5 minutes away to check in. Crowded streets and being new to the area, this was another step at the end of a long ride.
