It's so beautiful! It's a bit off to one side by Fornillo Beach (well, pretty high above looking over Fornillo Beach haha), but that's actually really a great thing. The views from this place are unbeatable. The terrace really does overlook all of Positano. Wonderful sunrises and sunsets. Also, you MUST get the bruschetta. Honestly that was the best food we ate during our entire time in Positano. Also, there's a cute little dog that the owners have who roams the terrace. Very cute.

Not much to dislike! A tip: don't add the breakfast option when you book. You could order a la carte and pick things that are much better than the breakfast option included on this booking site. Besides that, note that the main terrace is shared with another room and the walls are a bit thin so you may hear other guests or the staff. But really, these are really really minor "dislikes". This place is amazing.

Having a gated entry with a parking space was helpful and secure. The interior was excellent, including the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. The loft was very comfortable and relaxing. The grocery store right down the street was wonderful. And Kung fu Pao was delicious right next door.

Getting the keys from the property was a hassle. We were only able to get into the gate because someone else let us in; the instructions did not work.

The breakfast was very good each day, variety & fresh squeezed oj! We stayed in a room on the back of the hotel so no view or Balcony but very quiet. The staff & Ricardo the hotel owner are amazing.

The beds are a wee bit hard for our liking but this is in a lot of 2 star European hotels. 5 nights was just fine, nice pillows & AC worked well & quiet.

The owner Alessio was very kind and helpful. He picked us up from the airport and in the morning drove us to the breakfast cafe close by. The room was large and very clean. Breakfast was very tasty too.

no microwave in kitchen. the living room floor was filthy, the bedside lamp in one room wasn't working. The front bedroom had severe noise from the street, we reported a faulty toilet and it took a day and a half to get fixed.

Furniture in lobby old and not comfortable. Like worn out secondhand furniture. Shower was SUPER small and hard to get in and out of. Hard to figure out AC in the rooms. People in my group said they thought rooms were like prisons.
