We chose this apartment for its good price and parking options. The public parking is right next to the apartment, and there are always plenty of free spaces. The size of the room was adequate for the price we paid. The beds were very comfortable, and the nights were quiet. Outside, there are dryers for wet clothes and swimsuits. The shower was larger than in other apartments we stayed at. The apartment is quite far from the beaches, so if your main goal is to go there, be prepared to go by car or take a 15–20 minute walk with a 100-meter elevation.

The WiFi did not work at all in our basement room, and our mobile signal was also weak. The owners did not speak English, but we managed to communicate somehow. The breakfast was decent, but we missed having vegetables and fruits.

This is a beautiful hotel, extremely comfortable and about a 15/20 minute walk to the main piazza of Florence. We utilized the spa and it was extremely relaxing after days of walking around Italian cities. Bed & linens were comfortable and the breakfast was exceptional for a hotel. It all felt very luxe.

The parking was expensive and difficult to locate. It’s in a busy and not-so-nice area of Florence BUT you don’t see any of that once you’re in the hotel so we can’t fault them for it. The only real complaint about the hotel itself is, it’s heavily fragranced. If you suffer at all with sensitivity to smells you’ll struggle. I unplugged the scented wall plug and it was still very strong

The property was quiet, safe and clean. The staff is not on-site 24 hours per day, but they didn’t need to be. They do assist with check-in. The breakfast, which is continental, was prepared well each day with an attentive wait staff.

The location was the most difficult to manage, especially given lack of signage or accessible directions. Do be advised that the property is located quite a ways up the hill from the main port. It is difficult to manage with luggage. The hotel does not have its own portage team. If you would like this service, you can hire a private portage service. I was with my mother, who has undergone a double knee replacement, and had I known where the location was I would not have booked this property. It was quite difficult for her to access on a daily basis, and this is not advertised on the property location/details.

Lovely apartment, very well equipped and very welcoming environment. Welcoming host. Central area - close to restaurants, Castle and other attractions. Provided a selection of breakfast options. Dog friendly 💜

Near to the train station and busses also they stored our luggage until check in

Not clean at all. Bathroom was dirty as well bedding.

Very well located in the heart of Puglia, with a very nice pool.

The room was quite small and the bed and mattress a bit cheap/old.
