this is probably the cleanest apartment we have ever stayed at. the owner was waiting for us as we arrived and made sure we got into the apartment. It is a great location to walk to local tourist spots. The apartment owner was extremely attentive and quick to address any needs we had. The apartment was newly updated and organized. he even left us snacks and complimentary water, which was great after a long day of traveling. I would not even consider staying anywhere else if I was to visit Palermo again. Thanks for the great stay!

Everything was great

Ideal location (5 min from the shuttle bus stop "Vatican"), easy and fast check in and check out. I stayed for two nights, in a room for one person, the room provides basic needs, own WC&shower, coffee machine, kettle, tea and coffee, TV and AC. Very kind and responsive hostess.

Dimora Santa Margherita, was absolutely perfect. William and his family/team are amazing people. Extremely good service throughout our entire stay. The food, the views, the room, the experience, everything was phenomenal. Very quiet and relaxing stay. This place is like heaven.

The apartment was clean and bright and centrally located on a small but very busy square. Our host gave excellent instructions for checking ourselves in. We stayed 3 nights and had the basic items needed to be comfortable.

Super clean modern rooms. Very helpful staff. The breakfast is good too... The building is only 1 min from the main Basilica.

Very comfortable rooms, good views and very close to the airport

breakfast is prepackaged (however there is a microwave to reheat). The airport “shuttle” mentioned on the booking page is misleading, there is no airport shuttle. However, you are provided with taxi/private driver number who you have to individually contact.

Generous and enough to keep one going for the day!

The communication with the owner (I believe?) was very smooth, fast and helpful. I was able to have breakfast earlier and I have gotten lots of recommendations that I sadly did not have time for.

Two things that could be a tiny issue, but weren't for me: There is no elevator and there are a few steps (one floor), and breakfast is earliest at 8 am, which is totally fine, just mentioning it for the earliest of birds.
