We had a very warm welcome at Villa Rainer. The location is very peaceful and the view from the room is incredible. The rooms themselves were modern and very comfortable. There was a lot of cupboard space. As a family of three, we had plenty of room to spread out. It was a lovely place to stay and a convenient location before going on our hut-to-hut hike in the Tre Cime. The spa facilities at the nearby Hotel Rainer were a wonderful bonus especially since we had rainy weather on our first day. We would stay here again and highly recommend it.

The laundry machine and dryer were difficult to use, and it would be helpful to have detailed instructions on how to operate them.

Matteo was great. He greeted us, sent me more recommendations than I had to visit, was super responsive, and gave us a bottle of wine. Easy 10/10, would stay when I come back to Rome.

Overall this place is pretty good, you get a private patio and the space is large. My only complaints is our electricity went out the last morning which isn’t the host’s fault, but the ac went out as we were packing and there were no lights. If you open the window it’ll become too hot. The only other thing is the key situation, you can’t leave the apartment without taking the entire set of keys so if you’re in a group and some want to go out it’s inconvenient.

This place was great! The host was super responsive and picked us up from the port. We got late checkout, free Prosecco, the location can’t be beat. The space itself is large and homey, very relaxing.
