The property was in historic center, through a gate right off of main st. There were several flts of stairs. No working elevator not even for bags. It was quite dark in the entry way, there was alot of trash around outside. The room itself was ok. We didnt end up staying, asked for $ back but was unsuccessful. The host responded quickly to our questions.

The rooms attached to the main building were fine. The family suite was terrible. Very old and a lot of broken things. Cleaning products left out in the open, hard pasta near the sink that was never cleaned, floor was uneven, parts were raised. Located down a creepy hallway away from everything. overall pretty bad room.

The girls at the front desk were very kind. Management was terrible. Refused to help or address any of the issues that were brought up.

Fantastic central location in close proximity to everything in florence. Stylish and welcoming rooms. Staff was also awesome and very accommodating. I also liked the handbook they provided in the rooms on how to use the amenities in the room and suggestions on places to eat etc.

I would not go as far as saying I didn't like this. It was more of a very minor nuisance. The apartment location is very much security conscious so we had about 4 doors we had to enter the security code so we can enter (including the apartment door). The security was very reassuring that we were safe, but just minor nuisance having to enter the same code multiple times. Not a bid deal though.

The room was beautiful inside. Bed was comfortable and AC worked good. Breakfast was delicious and promptly served.
