Beautiful and well maintained hotel in Venice. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was also of reasonable size. The location is ideal, at walking distance from the Santa Lucia station. I arrived late at night but the staff left my keys and instructions in a very easy to find envelope at reception. They offer a very good breakfast for a reasonable price. All in all, very good experience!

The location is a valley between Monte Sant Angelo and Vieste. Its nice, not the best on the shore, though.

No warm water in 8 days, eventhough I reported it, several times. Broken shower. No drainage in the sink. one could not wash hands or teeth etc. Very basic bunk beds . Plastic broken chairs , only possible to dine and sit outside the little house, no inside sitting or table for the kitchen. Very weak or no WIFI in evening hours. Practically had to fight to get an invoice after several weeks of emails between Booking.com and the facility: each declaring that the other party has to give the receipt.Got it at the end: but with a raised voice./its absolutely natural in Europe to get a receipt for the amount one had transferred 1 month ago/ No wellcome drink: not hat it matters.Their ad showed wellcome drink at arrival. There was a sport camp with lot of young adults and children: the breakfast tables where dirty and water, juice , and other meals were not reloaded for long intervals.

Nothing. We stayed in one night to watch the sunset and brought our own aperitivo, to escape the touristy amalfi coast, it was our favourite evening in Amalfi. There is no dinner service, like an agriturismo, if Luigi ever would consider starting a dinner service - there is absolutely no reason to leave this place anymore with the stunning view in the evening!
