Positive section of review
The hotel is very conveniently located, making it easy to travel to and from my destinations. The room was comfortable and offered an excellent view of the city. Overall, the experience was outstanding, from the warm welcome at the front desk and attentive concierge service to the opportunity to enjoy some of the facility’s amenities. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning on my next visit.

We loved this hotel! The room was spacious, big enough for 2 people and 2 small suitcases. Also, the amenities were good, we could even use the coin washing machine and dryer. The shower and toilet where in the same room, which made the bathroom very spacious. Just 10 minutes walk from Tsukiji subway station and 20 from Kyoto station. Very recommended!

The staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Bus stations and subway are 10-15 min walk. The place was quiet and clean. There were a few local restaurants nearby and for the Pokemon fans, there was a big Pokemon store nearby.

It is far from Kyoto station but the price is affordable. To go to Kyoto station you have to take buses or the subway which most of the times were crowded.

Super comfortable mattress. Free pjs! Everyone was respectful and quiet so I slept really well. Nice showers (with a seat). Amenities bag well stocked. Lockable space for luggage. I was impressed. It’s also next to a Family Mart. Great price!

Very small room , hard beds, very crowded during breakfast time. When we ask to extend our check out time for 1 hr after staying there for 5 days , we were told we need to pay extra , it is strange usually it is done as a courtesy
