New, clean, and beautifully appointed rooms. Onsen and lounge on the top level with unlimited popsicles were superb. The tatami mats throughout and only socked feet allowed in the entire hotel added to the experience. Car park next door was convenient. Right next to busy streets full of restaurants.

Wow, this property is AMAZING! It was the highlight of our three weel trip! Totally worth the cost! It's in a prime location within walking distance to many prime places. The staff were so helpful, friendly, and accommodating! The restaurant was out of this world- delicious Italian! Paying for thr breakfast is worth it! So many options!!!!

If you’re looking to explore Yokohama or take day trips into Tokyo, this is the most convenient location you can find. It is located just outside of Yokohama Station, and is surrounded by hundreds of amazing restaurants, large malls, grocery and drugstores. The hotel itself is very new, modern, and clean. There is a gym, self service luggage room, and self check-in/out. We stayed in the residential double room, and it was the perfect choice for longer stays as there is a well-equipped kitchenette (utensils, pots/pans, stovetop, rice cooker, fridge/freezer, etc) and laundry wash/dryer with detergent in the room. The rooms are beautifully designed with calming light wood tones, with high end furnishings including a Toto Neorest toilet! There was ample closet and storage space, as well as space to relax and place out luggage. This may be one of the best rooms we’ve stayed in, and we have been to 20+ hotels in Japan. Cleaning staff did an excellent job keeping the rooms spotless and tidy, and reception staff were efficient and polite. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay in Yokohama! We hope to be back again!

Good location for walking around the main tourist spots (12m walk to subway so not super close). Very clean, big rooms, amazing shower, nice coffee and nice staff

Location is very convenient and 5mins to subway station. The hotel looks new and sleek modern designs. Our room is twin bed with sofa and small table and chair. I like the toilet, bath tab and basin area are separate and the layout is well designed and efficient to use. The lounge is very comfortable with sofa, tables and music on they also provide guests with free coffee, tea bags, juice and hot water , room temperature water and ice cubes.

Neljatärniline hotell Metropolitan Tokyo Haneda - 2023-10-17 Grand Open asub Tokyos, 3,4 km kaugusel Miwa Itsukushima pühamust ja 3,7 km kaugusel Omori Hachimani pühamust. Very good to catch a flight very early in the morning (I used the hotel shuttle), very friendly staff, wonderful room, super clean, very quick check-in/-out. Safe for solo travel woman (I arrived around 7 pm). Very easy to reach with the subway from Tokyo city centre.
