The owner is very hospitable and friendly. Has broken English but excellent host. The common area veranda place where meals are served is peaceful overlooking a little farm of sorts with a cow, chickens, ducks, a cat in an open field. The meals served are very good. Location is up the hill from Arslanbob center but they came and picked us up. Also close to the waterfall trail and eventually into the walnut forest. Peaceful place. I recommend.

The property was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made the stay very comfortable. The atmosphere was cozy and felt like home, and the host was extremely friendly, caring, and always ready to help with anything we needed. It really felt personal and warm rather than just a place to sleep.

The breakfast was delicious with a huge variety! They offer washing your clothes for a reasonable price. We could leave our backpacks after check out time.

We got a smaller room than we booked. The air exhaust in the bathroom was really loud. The banch in the kitchen is broken so there is not a lot of space to sit if there are more people.

The host seems to have a number of apartments and the address was different from what booking.com sent. The host messaged me with the new address but when I put this info into google maps it took me some place else. I don’t think this is the host fault, as translated into English and then google maps might be the problem. Just be aware this could happen. We finally made it to the correct location and the apartment was very nice.

DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL!!!!! The room and location are good, BUT TO GET INTO THE HOTEL IS A NIGHTMARE! There are no signs advertising the hotel, so it took us like 40min until someone came down to let us in since it's not a hotel, it's an apartment building where the top floor is the hotel. There was no hotel staff available in the lobby at all; maybe the person was sleeping, so the breakfast never happened, and by the time we checked out at 9am nobody was there so we had to take our bags all the way down from the 17th floor to the 1st floor (the emergency stairs) because we lefts the keys at the lobby and the elevators didn't work without a key. PLUS THERE WAS A NAKED GUY WALKING AROUND THE LOBBY (only wearing underwear) who went out from his room to use a common toilet so when I saw him I run into the room and I told my husband I saw the naked guy... and the guy literally opened the door of my room after seeing me running away (I didn't feel safe at all). Thank God I was with my husband Plus, there is a nice terrace, but it's a common terrace, so it's not safe. Someone can open the door and break into the room I KNOW IT'S LONG STORY BUT BELIEVE ME IT WAS HORRIBLE HOTEL! I READ NICE AND GOOD REVIEWS, BUT IT WAS TOTALLY OPPOSITE! PLESE DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND UNSAFE!
