The staff was very welcoming and available to cater to our every need, always smiling and polite. The food was delicious at their restaurant and we had some of the best cocktails ever. The hotel is quiet and relaxing even though it's positioned in the middle of Siem Reap. The location is very good, close to restaurants and bars. We booked tours to visit the ancient temples and floating villages and we had a great time with the help of our guide and driver.

The room we stayed in was comfortable and clean but had a bit of a stuffy smell, probably from the humidity in the air.

I really like the room I stayed, it was spacious and in the evening I can sit near the window area to open the curtain fully wide when I need the sunlight. This hotel is recommended to stay alone or with friends.

The air conditioner in my room was hard to adjust the temperature, I had to switch ON and OFF few times since the swing mode stay the same. Then the bathtub was also hard to adjust whether it was cold or hot water because there are no color mark to tell me which.
