Location and amenities. The stay was very pleasant. The host was very easy to deal with and good communication. The house was so clean and aesthetic. We stayed there because it was got meeting nearby the area plus my son’s therapy session located there and it was very convenient for us. Everything is within reach 👍🏻

The FACE Suites is a superb choice in Kuala Lumpur. The high-rise offers a stunning rooftop infinity pool and bar. The spacious room with a kitchen and living room was perfect. Fast lifts, free parking, library, and gym made the stay even better. Highly recommended!

Cannot beat the convenience of this hotel if you have an early morning flight or a very long layover. It's also a fantastic value compared to other hotels that are 'on site' the airport.

If you're carrying luggage, the walkways are a little steep & very high curbs (for weather I am assuming).. just something to be cautious of if traveling w/ a lot of luggage or elderly.

Staff was accomodating and tried to please. Location was perfect for me, near metro and bus sstation. Also convenient for shopping and eating in Chinatown area. Also pricing was very good.

The only down point is the pillows, yes it looked clean, but it's a bit dusty. Felt itchy on my neck and nose over the night, but my friend is ok with it tho...
