Positive section of review
The location is good with assigned parking lot, which is just next to the lift. Facilities such as swimming pool, gym, pool room etc look good and well maintained though we didn't get to use them. The room itself looks like what was shown in the picture, spacious with sea view and has a huge fridge. Host provided bottled water, towels and toiletries. Host and staff replied promptly and that's very helpful. Instruction to collect the key card was very clear.

The bed and sofa were not to our preference. The accommodation can accommodate 6 people but there are only 4 sets of utensils and 3 chairs though it doesn't affect my stay since we have only 3 people but I'm considering booking this place again for 5 pax.

Located next to Petronas Towers, fantastic view from the rooftop swimming pool, good facilities, spacious apartment, comfy bed, easy check-in/out through the guests relations manager always present at the property. Special thanks to my manager who had been very kind and supportive.

Property needs a bit of refurbishment, noticeable spots on the furniture, towels were not present checking in, and, despite the request, were only provided next morning after a reminder via Booking.com. The water in the rooftop pool didn't look clear, possibly filtering issues. Also worth noting that despite of a huge underground being nearly nearly empty, the property couldn't provide access for a second car (understandably, the latter point would probably be irrelevant to overwhelming majority of guests).

The view from our room was great. Indoor pool is amazing, even for an advance recreational swimmer, and with a stunning view. Room was spacious and quiet. Breakfast was full of the tasty options for every diet.

Terrible, don’t even think of coming The whole building smells like sewer even the rooms !! Carpets are disgusting and heavily stained No soap in the bathroom Shower hose is leaking all the water Room telephone is not working, you have to personally go down for requests Refusing to provide more than 1 blanket even if we are 3 on the reservation Staff will not provide any guidance during check in and will just throw you some wrong information if you insist Kids pool water is freezing It just feels like torture, I can’t believe it ended
