Kuantan, Malaysia
Overall, the room is clean. The bed is super comfortable hence we had a good night rest. All the usual room amenities e.g. hairdryer and steam iron, were available and working. The hotel also has ample parking lots and it is located near to the Kuantan river where some of the viral cafes are located.
The passenger lifts are small and slow so at times, we have to wait up to 10min just to get to the ground floor.
George Town, Malaysia
The breakfast food was good but it only a vegetarian. Room is big. Furnitures are old wooden but does give the “antique” look to the room. The bed is comfortable, the pillows all fluffy, plus got a bolster. Views are nice. Can see the Penang bridge, Kek Lok Si Temple, Komtar and the cities.
Room wise, not enough power plug, lights not bright. Still using table lamp and manually turn on/off each one. A/C probably have dry mode only. It makes my mouth completely dry in the morning. Phone was not working during my stay. On hotel wise, the elevator make sound when in operation and only 1 lift can go to basement parking. And for the Cafe, the staff is too quick to clear unoccupied table. Dessert placed with main course. Salt and pepper placed on the table but not soy souce. Have to go to the egg station for that.
Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia
There was a change in location, we were only made known when we texted host that we have reached and the host then shifted us to another apartment. Hence we wasted some time searching the apartment since its our first trip to KK, not very familiar with the road.
There were ants at the bed side table in the master bedroom, perhaps termite?
Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
The location if the hotel is near by with Central Market, Petaling Market, Petronas tower and all are at waling distance. Outside the Hotel has a street market where you find stuffs, like clothes, sleepers, shoes and other items.
Staff aren't friendly enough and I ask for room service not properly cleaned even the bathroom, i did few cleaning by myself, trash is not been taken out from the room. Hearing guests chatting in the middles of the night. Not expecting that much but cleaning is the priority.
Malacca, Malaysia
The location was good. Easy access by Grab. There are some nice coffee shops around the corner. However, the connected shopping center is a dead town. 90% of the shops have closed down. Kind of sad.
Host should take note that futon is not equivalent to thin mattress
George Town, Malaysia
The staff are kind welcoming, able to assists, location is good in the middle of George town, where every spots are at walking distance.
I am more relaxed if the hall way every corner of the house has poster that states "No loud noise in the middle of the night" along with that all guest must be verbally informed that avoid walking so loud on the floor", and there is a "MICE" which roaming around the house and eat my coffee powder and other food packaging. i hope this concern will highlight the issue of the Guest House, to provide better service to the new arriving guest.

Tanjung Rhu, Malaysia
The beach is just in front of your chalet. Book sea view for sunset.
Car park on roadside. No toothpaste and tooth brush. Wi-Fi is provided but was not stable (in the morning)
