I enjoyed my stay at Sea Lion. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, and the room was small but comfortable, with good wifi for my online classes. The kitchen has a large refrigerator, hot and cold water for drinking, and a microwave. The location is rather far from Georgetown and buses are fairly sparse, but I would consider staying here again if I return to Penang.

There is no bathroom on the second floor where I stayed, so I had to go up or down stairs to reach one, which was slightly annoying at night. Also, while personal towels were provided, it would have been nice if hand towels were always in the bathroom, so I wouldn't have had to drip water on the floor as I climbed the stairs to my room.

Room was spacious, well lit, clean and AC worked well. Beds were large, comfortable and firm. Liked the kitchenette.

Dining table could be bigger with more chairs. Toilet cistern was not working properly, water kept flowing. We had to turn water inlet on and off to stop wasting water but this was a minor issue. Would have liked for hotel to have a gym. Corridors leading to room on our floor could be refreshed as it was rather dark and smelled a bit musty.

Condo management is very strict, if you're taking grab the car is not allowed to enter to drop you off at the lobby thus you have to stop at the guard house. If you order food, you have to go down to the guard house. It can be inconvenient if we have a lot of things to carry. When we checked out, our booked car had difficulty entering the residence to pick us up at the lobby with a lot of luggage and they were allowed to wait for 10 mins.

1) Unfortunately only one towel provided per person for 3 day without a chance. Asked seversl times and complained as it is not a hygiene to use the same towrl for body, hand and face, and received only ChatGPT answers abour sorry but no action is taken 2) at least it would be better to put a bottle of water as a welcoming. Or a tea or coffee 3) Bath amenities were bad, can not use it as no foam like an oil

Only 1 key was given. Hard to move separately if ders only 1 key. Water pressure not strong. For bathing. Living room aircon keep turning itself off after few minutes. Some extra pillows. Another coffee table so we can eat at balcony

1) No clear instructions on how to get to the upper level parking Block B from the mail box area - confusing. 2) To return the key, we have to walk from the guard post as the exit way from level 5 parking area didn't lead us to the Block B mail box area.
