Positive section of review
The staff and the boss is very friendly. I came too early before the check in time, but the staff let me check in early bcs I bring a baby and its about to rain outside. Very considerate. Clean and spacious room. Near to the beach and have a small warong infront. Easy to get food. Nice location. The price is reasonable too esp during peak week ( public holiday). Overall nice stay.

Just little uncomfortable with the beds. And the sliding door inside the room cannot be open.

Quiet spacious room and location in the middle of the town nearby major shopping complex and Komtar. The automated parking system is so advance just like in Japan parking system. The security supervisor Mr. Vignesvaran was very helpful to assist and helpful to guide us on the parking system.

The parking system although was advance, but was narrow and have to turn few times to get the vehicle right in to the lift. Can foreseen jammed up and queue for parking during peak season.

Construction material all around the corridor. Keep it in the storeroom. Safety hazard. Very Expensive hotel for this broken facilities.

The toilet wall is made of window with curtains covering it ,but the curtain don't cover the whole bath area. need to have proper cover.

We had a slight problem using the key tag as it takes a while to open the door.

The toilet tap is way at the bottom, making it hard to turn it on. Should have place it higher so we don't have to bend down to on it.
