The location was very good, the staff was very family-friendly, my room was very big, the kitchenette had everything, the room had a very nice balcony, the swimming pool was very nice, the quality of my room was very good, there was a city view from my room... It takes 5 minutes to go to the Twin Towers from my room.

Good location in bukit bintang, Everything is near by like Restaurant,shoping mall just walk way. The property pacilities is good specially roop top swiming pool also sky view is amazing. stuff is helffull smoothly check-in.

I really disliked the owner's attitude towards guests from the very first day. At first, the owner haggled over the price for early check-in, even though a month before our arrival, when we made the reservation, he promised to provide accommodation immediately upon arrival, if possible. Then, after paying for early check-in, we inspected the room and found that it did not match the photos on the website, the refrigerator was not working, and there was no hob, which was indicated in the description of the accommodation on booking.com. After a long argument, the next day we were finally provided with a stove and the refrigerator was replaced. The third significant drawback was a power outage that lasted an entire day (8 hours), which the owner did not warn us about in advance, even though he knew about it, and as a result of which we were unable to use the air conditioner, internet, or TV, and by the end of the day, the food in the refrigerator had spoiled. Fourth, the owner did not clean the apartment once during our 11-day stay, and the towels and linens were changed only once. Fifth, the deposit that the owner took from us at the beginning of our stay was returned only half and only after 2 weeks.

Airconditioning did not work in two rooms. Cooled a maximum of 2 degrees. Had horrible nights, hotel didn't fix the cooling issue. Contacted manager, but didn't do anything.
