I like the first surprise with a cookies, what's more, it was warm. Pleasant surprise. I don't eat cookies but I did. Jun, Hakim and the Concierge boy Ivant were all very good at the service. Jun, the front desk made it a point to make the customer happy. He made sure I had a good birthday celebration. The Careline Agent did a very good job. It is like my personal assistant, I got all that I wanted from.asking the Careline Agent. Not sure it was prompted by AI, if so you have trained the agent well. Keep up the service standard, we need more of such excellent service in Malaysia.

The place was very strategic ❤ food, 99 speedmart,7E & pharmacy nearby ❤ Halal food everywhere ❤ even you can walk to buy food & any needs. It's takes less then 40 mins to go Tourists places. The view also calm my mind ❤ so much fun in Ipoh ❤

The lobby was very spacious. I can get hot & cold water. So efficient was the house keeping to send the hairdryer.

I made a point to call n confirm a room after I received confirmation of booking. z But when Cynthia was not there who supported me I had to go thru the hassle of checking in by a much less efficient staff. Luckily Sri was there to just told the boy to expedite the checking in. Need better service

I really liked the location, as it’s very close to KLCC and easy to access everything around. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the environment felt safe and peaceful.
