The hotel needs much better management. This was my third time staying there. When I was last there, I mentioned to the supervisor that the pool area was in need of maintenance including to the stair into the pool as it was unsafe. I also mentioned that the carpets in the lobby were dirty and needed to be properly cleaned. I also noted that the glass doors into the hotel were dirty. My wife would not stay in this hotel because as she puts it, if the windows and rugs aren't clean, why would she think the kitchen is.. An excellent question for which I am at a loss to answer. My standards are not so high LOL

There are some great People working in this Hotel, like the Reception (like Danelis) and the Restaurant Manager (Ricardo) are very Customer oriented, but the Hotel needs a LIFT

The wifi connection in the room is the worst, I wanted to extend the stay, but couldn't due to the wifi connection; Breakfast should vary little bit day to day, hard to have the same thing every day
