Positive section of review
Signature Boracay South is definitely a PWD-friendly location. They provided us a room located on the ground floor with a mini balcony where my parents could still enjoy the view of the beach. The staff are very friendly and accommodating to our special needs. My mom and brother who are disabled were able to enjoy the island conveniently.

Super cool cottage by the sea. It is simple, peaceful, and comfortable. The vibes of hanging out on the porch watching the sea and the company of all the dogs and cats who live there is amazing! Staff are super helpful and friendly also. Great place to stop and rest.

Off the main street but still very walkable. The breakfast was very good, with plenty of choice. Comfortable bed and sheets. Everyone was very friendly. I enjoyed it even more than I thought I would.

The driveway to the main street was dirt/gravel so water puddled a little after the rain. Only mattered when I walked out to the street.

The staff were friendly and accommodating to my parents. Cleaned their rooms daily and made a welcome surprise for their 40th wedding anniversary. The resort is well kept. They had an amazing stay!

The only downside was the breakfast was the same every day. My parents stayed there for 5 nights and were complaining of having the same breakfast every morning. They also have less options for diabetic customers even if I informed them beforehand (since my father is diabetic). But other than that it was great!

The property had a nostalgic charm. It was like being in a relative’s house. The staff were friendly, polite and accommodating. Food at Apartment 1B was consistently good.

There isn't just a problem with a roach or two in the room - the entire building is roach infested and it's a serious problem. I went to 5 different rooms, some on the 15th floor, and some all the way up to the 21st floor trying to get a room without roaches. There was only one room after checking all 5 and even that room had a couple small ones. I have stayed in a lot of budget rooms, but roach infested buildings are a big no no for me.
