The property was not bad at all. The only bad thing was the neighborhood. Regardless of the neighborhood I was able to sleep good, comfortable, and with the amazing sound of the Coqui ♥️ The price is affordable and the owner replies immediately.

Pool area is very good for the kids! Lots of fun activities to do around.

When I show up at the front desk they told me that the King Bedroom I book was not available anymore and that either I could change the room to a two full beds room or leave the hotel with just a partial refund. Very disappointed with this cuz I booked with days in advanced. Ended up sleeping separate from my husband.

Friendly staff, beautiful and well-kept facilities, spacious rooms.

There was no music at the pool and the rules include no speakers. The bar inside the pool was closed.

Proximity to the airport, easy to find with waze

Not on the beach....not expected. We already knew.

Nothing, it was great.

The location was good.

The hotel cleaning staff needs work. We went one day with no room service, no clean towels. We had to go down to get our own towels. We cleaned our room ourselves, took the trash out of the room as well as the dirty towels.
