I liked the modern rooms and the large bathroom. I liked the elevator. I liked Anna the desk manager and Rochelle. I liked the ease of check in and check out. Loved the location. The beds were very comfortable. Loved the balcony and seeing the square. Loved the flooring in the rooms. Liked the lights near each bed. Absolutely loved the shower head. Safety of the building after 11 am it’s locked.

No air conditioning but the fans took care of this. Rooms were cool when we were there. It was difficult to find the address at the square. We had to walk around and finally found the address on the building. No one at the desk from 12midnight to 8 am. Having to lock and unlock the door.

I've received the wrong address from the staff and was searching for the place for a good 40 minutes all over the street. Until I've noticed an urgent email with the correct address that was sent an hour before I've arrived. Very unprofessional.

The host was very responsive. I had problems with booking.com and asked to see exact pictures of the flat and they responded immediately. I don't like booking.com but great host and very responsive.

We came here for our honeymoon, but the staff didn’t make any effort to acknowledge it. Our check-in was delayed, which set a frustrating tone right from the start. Later, when I tried to buy a simple snack (chips) from the bar, I was told it was closed. Overall, we expected a warmer and more attentive experience, especially given the occasion, but unfortunately it fell short.
