The hotel has a great location, and I noticed that many guests are from Arab countries. However, it would be better if there were staff members who speak Arabic to make communication easier. I witnessed a situation in the morning where one of the Arab guests could not be understood by the staff due to the language barrier, and I had to translate for him. Having Arabic-speaking staff would be a very positive addition and would greatly enhance the guest experience

The hotel is not too far from the airport. It has two big swimming pools and a beach. Everyone is so polite and kind. Rooms are big and bright. Food is amazing, especially the breakfast. I will miss that too much.

About the hotel everything is amazing. The political situation in that region worries me. There was a missile attack in the city when we were on the way to the airport. Hope everything will be resolved peacefully.

Got me in a room right next to the housekeeping room, that was so annoying you could hear people going in and out throughout the day. There were no dental kits or any toiletries for that matter except shampoo. The TV is horrible and outdated you could barely see anything on it nevertheless connecting your phone
