I was unable to even stay the night I booked due to how unsanitary the room was. There were numerous stains on the bed and what appeared to be mold on the toilet seat. When I arrived the receptionist was not at the desk and another guest informed me he was asleep. The guest tried to help by knocking on the receptionist door but received no answer. With no other option, I took the only key that was at the desk (not sure if it was intended for me, as the note didn’t include my name) and headed up to “my room”. As soon as I entered I immediately began looking for another hotel to book.

Although you’ve paid all the room fee but the hotel will request further deposit from you at the check in. It will be much better if the deposit refund process can be faster.

Title: Wonderful Stay, Highly Recommended Review: Had a fantastic stay at Wyndham Garden Kamala Phuket. Rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and attentive. Great location near Kamala Beach, plus a lovely pool and satisfying breakfast. Would definitely return! 🌴
