Loved the hotel. Morning breakfast buffet (was included with our room) was yummy with a large selection. Room was clean and spacious. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Location was just right for us...on the edge of District 1 (city center) but within walking distance to most major attractions.

The only thing that might qualify as a slight complaint was that the room only cooled to a certain temperature, which sometimes felt a little warm to us coming from US A/C standards, but was fine for our stay. Also, the A/C turned off when you left the room, so there was a cooling down period when you returned. But again, was fine for our stay and everything else was fantastic!

I had a great stay at the hotel. The staff were wonderful special thanks to Annie and Eden who were helpful with talking to the locals. The room was comfortable, breakfast was nice, and the location was convenient. Overall, a pleasant experience and would recommend!

Very clean and helpful staff, the room had aircon and a fan, for the rest you can easily walk for 5 minutes and your are in central Hoi An. there was staff present most of the time and you have coffee and cooking facilities down stairs.
