It's a beautiful and peaceful place, with a lovely pool and garden. ALL of the staff from the maid, the receptionists to the night guard and gardener are super sweet, welcoming and friendly. And as a bonus, the elephants come right up to the garden fence, if you're lucky, "wake-up knock" from the night guard included. Walking to the town takes about 25 minutes and around 40 to the falls. They also book transfers and activities for you or order in food, as there is no restaurant and you can't walk around after dark due to the wildlife. I'd stay here again anytime. Thank you.

The 2 bedroom apartment was tastefully decorated. We were surprised to find some tea bags, coffee powder and milk prepared for us. Much appreciated. We like the well thought out laundry area outside the property. The staff are friendly and helpful.

We have no issues with modest accommodations when you get what is advertised. This place is NOT as advertised. Would NOT recommend. Dirty pool, A/C's that worked intermittently (same as ceiling fans), generator that was insufficient for load shedding, kitchen falling apart, power turned off when we went out and fresh food spoiled in fridge, bunk bed that was not stable (rickety) with sharp edges at top of ladder, mattresses - only 1 was comfortable, 1 towel for family room with 4 people (and only one roll toilet paper for 3 nights), etc. The list goes on and on. Contacted owner who we thought was in South Africa (phone # was SA) - but a local we met shared he was in Vic Falls - he simply didn't care much. We spoke with staff and were finally able to get more towels, TP, get generator on for load shedding, etc. No doubt, at one time, the place looked like the pics, but they do not represent what it is currently (Feb 2024)
