Hot waters look a bit funky, They are clean, and the hotel has chemical tests to prove it but still looks a bit discurage

The room view was great. They have a few slots in the gardens to see. Free breakfast, and complementary driks all day. Staff was very friendly.

There was nothing I didn't like about Kokoro and I will definitely go back if I am in Costa Rica again.

The breakfast was great, the rooms were clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the pool and on-site hot springs. The staff were friendly and helpful, the views of Arenal were magnificent, and we saw a sloth in one of the trees. This was one of my favourite places that we stayed in Costa Rica.

My wife loved the onsite mineral pools. The hotel is surrounded by lush jungle and so much wildlife.

The breakfast was basic. The restaurant claims to be a mix of Costa Rican and Japanese food but we didn't find anything like that on the menu for dinner.

Nice thermal springs and great reception area. Very big spacious family villas. The bonus was we saw a sloth in the hotel grounds and lovely to see the currasows just running around.

We like the location. Breakfast was good, . Beautiful view on volcano stuff we’re friendly. you feel jungle yourself like on the middle of jungle. We enjoy there even one night.

Everything had a bit of age and could use a brush-up but still it has Charme.

It is a little paradise with marvelous views to the vulcano from every spot of the compound. Very quiet and relaxing. Gardens well groomed. You are in touch with nature. Rooms are really spacious. We very much enjoyed the hot pools and the swimming pools. Breakfast was much to our likes (fresh fruits and local food). We liked that we had the option of a restaurant after a strenuous day out in nature. It is outside of La Fortuna (you need a car to get into the town) on the road to the national park.

The property is amazing. Beautiful grounds. We used the pool and hot tubs each day. We saw three sloths in the property and red eyed frogs. Many birds also. There are nice paths. It’s very charming.

Nothing.. the staff was amazing, they helped us navigate our sightseeing and travel. They are gems.

Breakfast was great 2 days. The views were amazing, the mineral bath was great. The lunch and dinner was some of the best food we have had on our 12 day trip.

At breakfast we had to ask the staff to fill up the fruit and set out coffee cups.

Amazing location and view of the volcano. There was a beautiful yoga spot and sloths and fronts right on the property. The staff (Francisco) were so helpful to point these out. We loved our private cabin and the grounds on the property were incredible. Felt like we were in a tropical oasis.

The cabin we were in was a little run down, but still fine for a place to sleep at night.

The property was overall beautiful with the foliage. It had a great deal of wildlife and the hot springs were great. The restaurant was quaint and the staff were very helpful. What made the overall stay good, was the view of Mt. Arenal.

Even though the hot spring pools were very nice, the experience didn't seem to be consistent throughout the day. During the night the temperature seemed to be more consistent, but early in the morning (~10am), 2 of the 3 were completely empty.

The property is really nice, the room was super spacious, more like a little cabin. The gardens are well kept and we spotted tons of different types of birds. The hot spring pools were nice and relaxing.

Rooms could be updated a little. We had a lot of rain while we were there so access to a dryer would have been handy. All our clothes were damp.

Breakfast was buffet style. Good with lots of choice. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. Loved the hot springs and the landscaping. You felt like you were in the middle of a forest. Lots of birds,wildlife.

The location in front of the volcano is spectacular, the property is very well maintained, with a lot of fruit trees, birds, and flowers. I loved the hot spring experience. The breakfast is delicious. The room is very spacious with a comfortable bed.
