I had a nice stay at Aparthotel. The place was clean and comfortable and has the necessary facilities for a short to long-term stay. There are three restaurants within close proximity (including a sushi place), and the sea is nearby. Our pickup from and back to the airport went smooth, thanks to Johnny. I would totally recommend.

The spacious appartment had everything I needed, including the kitchen equipment. It was cleaned daily. In the third floor so relatively calm. It looks exactly as in the pictures, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, AC, calm neighbourhood, breakfast in the restaurant on the corner. But the absolute top is Johnny who welcomed us and helped us to arrange everything from the airport pickup to renting a car for a really good price, all with a wide smile on his face!!!

There are no elevators, so if you're travelling with big suitcases, and you are staying in higher floors, be ready to do some heavy lifting...lol. But that wasn't really an issue for us, and doesn't prevent us from going back!

Everything went smoothly, from the late-night airport pick-up, to the check-in and the check-out. We only stayed one night, but really had a nice stay, in a nice, quiet and secure neighbourhood. The room itself was clean and had everything we needed. Johnny is very caring with the guests and makes sure they have a good stay by offering/suggesting all sorts of services and by asking if all is as expected. When checking out, we forgot a charger in the room and only noticed it 2 days later. I contacted Johnny to let him know, and we were able to pick it up from the hotel a few days later, without any issues.

The place was big enough to fit 4 of us. It has all the amenities you need, and the host was always ready to accommodate any needs.

There were a few maintenance concerns this time, which is my 2nd time of staying. Shower wasn't draining well, so it wasnt clean, even after housekeeping had been there to work.. I'm sure it isn't something that cannot be fixed, but I didn't have the time to raise it.

The apartment was spacious, and the staff were very responsive to requests. Ideally located in a neighborhood, with access to restaurants and convenience shops.

Enjoyed every bit of my stay at Aparthotel Praiano.The Manager,John was very welcoming and provided a lot of info that was useful in navigating our way around the city. The location is perfect and just a few minutes walk to the beach.The rooms were very clean and amenities are well maintained.The staff were incredibly friendly and ever ready to offer assistance.All of this contributed to making our stay in Praia a pleasant and a memorable one. Will definitely recommend.

We had no wi-fi for more than half of our stay and when we got it it was fairly weak. On our first day the draft closed the door separating bathroom and bedroom from the rest of the apartment and then we realised the door didn't have a doorknob -it was locked. Luckily the maid was brave and entered the appartment from the neighboring terrace - we still needed to keep the door stuck with the chair in order for it not to close again. The bed was also pretty squeaky.

The host is amazing -friendly, helpful and one man travel agency! He made our stay unforgettable and managed to make our stay on the island exceptional with two tours he organized for us. The room is very clean.

after looking at alot of places to stay, i intentionally booked here so i could get a room with a balcony and sea view. they had a mix up and i was just given a room with a window, no balcony and no view. after alot of advocating for myself and going back and forth, i was able to get a small discount and they allowed for a later check out. it wasnt ideal but i made the best of the situation

the room was nice and modern, nice washroom, good water pressure etc the area is where the embassies are located so i found it very safe especially as a solo female traveller. i was able to walk along the waterfront at night and felt safe. the beach is a good 20 min walk or you can get a taxi for 150-200 escudos

I can't think of anything I didn't like.

The apartment was fully air conditioned. it comes with a kitchen with facilities. There is a safe in the room to keep your valuable belongings. Very helpful staff. You can rent a scooter to travel around the town at the hotel.

I say walking distance to the cove/beach but it's a decent 20 minute walk. Biggest issue was the neighboring building is under construction (and apparently has been like that for a very long time). So during the day you'll hear banging/sawing etc. But at night it's worse, because the tarps the neighboring building has set up billow and rattle in any kind of wind. Also, they double-charged our credit card (inadvertently).

Good sized-apartment. Comfortable room and beds, decent bathroom and shower. Friendly reception. Walking distance to bars by the cove, the grocery store, as well as restaurants inland up the hill. Scooter rental nearby. Good wifi.

Closes (swimmable) beach is 20 mins walk, Quebra Canela beach. No supermarkets close by, and not many restaurant options. Had to go a bit far for a pizza.

Clean, renovated and spacious apartment. Very friendly staff. One restaurant and a nice bakery to have breakfast close by. Good price!

We took an apparthotel to have a reception and staff and so, but during 3 days there was no one (even though they were quite responsive on booking), but in the word "apparthotel" there is "hotel" too, and in this case, it felt like an apartment (and even with appartements you have the host passing by..) Thus, even if it was good overall, it's quite overpriced for that value and services

Johnny!!! Of course the apartment was a delight, the pictures describe it perfectly, but Johnny was an amazing host. I felt a little sad to leave because it offered so much value for the money charged.
