I didn’t like the fact that the beaches are so far away, causing me to spend way more money that I had planned to. Somehow that was not very apparent on the booking sites.

I like that the hotel was in a centralized location, close to shops and restaurants. The staff is also very attentive and friendly.

In the lobby work area there are people sitting that do not stay in the hotel. It seems like a free office for them where they have meetings.

Everything is lovely. Buffet service for breakfast is very expensive, especially with a family of 5.

This is our second visit to the hotel and third to the island. Service is excellent, staff everywhere very friendly and go out of their way to make you happy, from the dining room to the ladies who turn over the rooms each day. The older, grey haired doorman who has been there many years is an amazing ambassador to the hotel. He is fantastic. Sorry his name slipped my mind. Always willing to help despite his years, positive, ambassador for the hotel. You should keep him for as long as he wants to stay. Hotel location is perfect, and I wont stay anywhere else but here.

The only downside was the lack of beach access in this part of the island. The coastline is very rocky here. The hotel, however, has an infinity pool of seawater with sand, and feels like you were on the beach without any of the sea creatures.

The property was a very short walk to the Rif fort, and its many shops, as well as downtown Willemstad across the Queen Emma bridge.

The Renaissance Wind Creek lived up to their resort name. All facilities and grounds were top notch. The staff was consistently pleasant and helpful. Their man-made beach, which sits on the roof of shops below is unbelievable, complete with sand , lounge chairs and grass tiki umbrellas. The location is ideal for those non-beach days as Willemstad is a short stroll through the fort and over the "Old Swinging Lady". We enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to visit again.

The beach/infinity pool bar area was great but I would suggest revamping the menu as some of the dishes were quite underwhelming and lacked presentation.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at Renaissance Wind Creek. My suite was ocean view and it was impeccable and fully stocked with grooming amenities, robes and slippers. The facilities itself was well kept and situated next to riffort mall. However the real highlight of my experience was the amazing staff. Everyone was extremely accommodating and friendly. They seemed to really care about the guest. Michenique was my waiter for breakfast and she was outstanding, she went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and that my dining experience was great. She even taught me a few phrases 🥰

The pool and the artificial beach are amazing. The pool as uses sea water, you can swim, float and relax especially during sunset or night, the water temperature is ideal.

Great location. Staff was exceptional. Joann, Pete, Melissa, Melousca were all very helpful and went out of their way to make your stay very pleasant. this includes the door man and bartenders. Bridget and waitress Jule were also great. The hotel and all staff were exceptional and would help with anything. Location was great right in town. Cleaning staff was also great.

I had a credit union conference at this hotel in 2011 and I was amazed that 12 years later the facility was still well maintained and the customer service was still exceptional I was also very surprised that some of the staff from 2011 was still working and still very hospitable . Mr.Pete in the dining room catered to my group in 2011 and he was still with the hotel with the same passion, excellent customer service and drive for his profession in the hospitality industry . I will not hesitate to recommend Renaissance WindCreek Curacao to any of my clients for a business conference or for leisure

The menu at the pool/beach bar has limited options although what I had was good. My room was island view which I realized was not great as it was next to the street so you hear the noise of the traffic passing by. This was not a big deal as I was out most of the day everyday but if you want to sit on the balcony and enjoy peace and quiet be sure to get a different room.

Perfect location in walking distance to several restaurants & shops next to the Rif Fort and also by Queen Emma bridge where you can walk into the town. Pool/beach of the hotel is amazing and so is the view of the ocean and it’s open 24/7. The staff is very nice and helpful. Room was cleaned everyday.
