The hotel Is slightly remote from the promenade, about 10 minutes walk.

Hotel is elegantly designed. Staff was helpful and friendly. My room was very spacious, with all the necessary equipment including a refrigerator, stove, oven. It also had a nice terrace. Hotel offers an outdoor and indoor heated poll, and a spa center with dry and wet saunas. Breakfast was very good, WIFI signal was strong and fast. Many pubs and restaurants are available in the vicinity of the hotel.

Actually, nothing. Everything was very good.

Nice pool in the middle, equipped with beds and shade, bar in the pool area. Clean. We slept in a renovated room that was very good. Great location, a few minutes from the sea front and main street. Nice indoor pool and Gym. Sauna and steam bath were excellent, at extra charge.

1. There needs to be cold water in the gym, it’s inconvenient not to be able to drink after a workout. 2. We wrote before our arrival ( for 4 nights) asking for lactose free milk which we need. The response was that the hotel offers plant based milk. We asked again to try and have lactose free milk for our stay, the second time there was no response.

We had a suite which was very large and convenient and for a good price. The location is excellent, short walk to the promenade and harbor, many restaurants around. The room and facilities were clean and well kept and the staff was very helpful.

Pool area was like a wind tunnel and therefore cold (but we were unlucky with the weather overall and in the hot summer this might be a good thing!!). Our balcony being on the 1st floor had the view of a tree/ some bushes which was a shame.

Spotlessly clean, good facilities. Felt very new and fresh and was good value for the room we had.

Things to improve Ladder to indoor pool was very wobbly meaning getting in and out was a bit uncertain One of the doors in the spa has very rough edges and I got a splinter Indoor pool should probably be open a bit earlier than 10am, as some people enjoy a swim before breakfast. These are extremely minor nitpicks to head off negative reviews in future if they're left to get worse, the staff were great and the room was lovely.

Hotel was absolutely fabulous for the price, we can't really see what makes it a 3 star Vs a 5 star. You will be about 10 minutes walk from a lovely harbour walk which we did every night and grabbed ice cream along the way. There's a supermarket called poplife nearby and a corner shop across the road for late night beer runs. Very quiet location. We went for our anniversary and they gave us free champagne in an ice bath. There are some small things which we are commenting here purely for the purposes of the hotel improving, it was a fantastic stay and i'd stay here in a heartbeat again. Also these are the ONLY things wrong, breakfast etc was good and facilities good. Mini kitchen is great, we made lunch for 2 of our days here to save money and with the fridge etc it was easy.

The espresso coffee capsules were not refilled daily in the room even though there was a machine… we had to buy capsules from a near supermarket to enjoy our coffee whenever we wanted!

The oven in my room didn't work. The timings and prices for food and room service didn't always line up between the online menu and the price paid at the restaurant.

The location was fab - easy access to the main attractions and on a bus line to the airport (although I would highly recommend getting the bus from the terminal as it fills up extremely fast!). Breakfast was lovely and the room was spacious, clean, and well stocked. The pool and pool area were kept clean. The onsite restaurants served good food.

I recently stayed at a hotel that truly impressed me with its excellent location, modern and clean facilities. During my stay, I had the opportunity to enjoy a massage, and I must say that Anna and Pamela were incredibly professional. They went above and beyond to accommodate my appointment. The breakfast was delightful, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. One downside was the size of the bathroom in the apartment we stayed in; it was quite small and not very modern compared to the other spacious and well-appointed rooms. Despite this, the overall experience was positive. We did encounter a temperature issue in the room, but Alina, who assisted us, was super kind and quickly provided a solution. It's truly appreciated when professionals like her can promptly address customer concerns. In general, this hotel is excellent with great facilities including a spectacular pool, spa, and good rooms. I would definitely stay here again without hesitation

I would say some music in the indoor pool area would have been a great touch but otherwise the stay was great so not much to fault at all.

The hotel was exceptionally clean which is the main thing I look out for. All the staff were friendly and hospitable. The indoor pool was great and we had it to ourselves pretty much! I will definitely be returning.

The facilities are limited in the room, no proper amenities like shampoo, conditioner, etc (all in one available). No iron in the room, you need to go in a basement room through the restaurant to iron your clothes.

Location is very good, building is brand new and very friendly staff. Easy to get to the beach front, 5 min walking and a nice pool, with a gym and a nice interior pool as well for colder weather.
