pour kitchen: only pod without lid and one pan, one broken knife. no any salt, no sugar, no tea, no coffee- nothing at all. Poorly washed dishes. Night lamps are for double rosettes, and on the wall there are only triple; on reception staff can teach you how to put in a barrette or something else into an electrical outlet instead of an adapter. Very slow wi-fi. Sauna needs urgent repair works. If you do not bring towels from the room to the reception at the check-out, they will charge you.

The lights in the house are so bright and white it makes the space not welcoming and not very prone to relaxing/chilling It felt like the house had all the bare necessities but would have enjoyed a few extras such as a hair dryer or a deck of cards

Bed linen and towels very worn, albeit the end if the summer season. These do need replacing. Pool cleaning sometimes left a few days and pool went murky but cleaned as soon as I asked. Pool lights weren't working at night (timer broken) so had to add every day for lights to be turned on. Just me personally, but the cats were a pain coming around all the time, sometimes in the villa until I shooed them out. They also slept (4 of them) on the outdoor couch which was dirty with cat dust and fur so we couldn't use it. Two deck chairs on balconies upstairs were old and broken. Couldn't be used. At this time, end of summer, the citrus orchard below the villa drops the fruit which rots on the ground. There is a smell of rotten oranges in the air all day, which is fairly strong. I got used to it but it is acrid. I would absolutely recommend staying at these Villas as the above are comments for improvement. The Villas are clean and comfortable and the staff friendly and only to happy to help.

Secluded and quiet during mid November to mid December. Sunny and warm most days Temps around 21-23°. Great layout villa with 3 queen bedrooms each with ensuite. Suitable kitchen and easy to use. Awsome BBQ and pool area. Great off road (private villa) parking. Def need a car for thus location. Great gor long stay 1 month. Staff friendly and happy to sort any problems quickly.

Very shabby decor. Not enough kitchenware, only 1 couch. Single duvets on kingsize beds and no pillowcases on most of the pillows mattresses were great, but pillows rubbish. . Towels were old and stained. downstairs toilet, and under kitchen sink, were really damp smelling. Had a noise sensor in the house, yet the neighbours dog barked constantly. No light in the fridge. Being honest, it needs money spent on it to bring it up to a decent standard

This isn't what i didn't like about property but constructive feedback Could do with tge pool pump on rather than regular netting the pool, and the pool net was torn so not the best to scoop pool out And where our villa was to try restrict the dog, very regular barking day and night this can be a down side Wasn't massive but was towards the end abit tedious

Before we booked our stay it didn't say anywhere that the villa is equipped with a noise sensor , and that the have they owns quiet hours. By Cyprus law as far as I know the music has to be turned down after midnight and not from 22:30! He texted me at 22:30 That I have to turn the music down.And he told us that if it continues someone security will come and we will have to pay €100! He could have asked us in a better way and not tell us that! We didn't have a party, we just had music! It should have been mentioned somewhere before the booking!

The pool was dirty (oily water after sunscreen of previous tenants) And the double bed was short for tall people and drastic noisy and creaky. We woke up even then we turn around while we were sleeping And the kitchen was absolutely unprepared for cooking. There wasn’t even ordinary salt but on the photos on booking.com salt and pepper were in the kitchen And plumbing was rusted somewhere

Lack of Kitchen equipment for more than 4 people (I was missing extra cups, glasses, spoons etc.), the toaster was broken, the kettle was super slow while warming up the water, missing tablets for dishwasher. I hope the land lord will fix this soon! The house equipment like doors, mattresses, doors, bathrooms are a bit old and used but still okay and clean. Not all remote controls for A/C in the house were working.

This house has great and calm location with sea view from balcony, large garden with all garden stuff. All rooms are big enough to provide privacy to everyone, 3 bathrooms in the house + 1 extra toilet are sufficient for big family or groups of friends. Large and clean swimming pool was used for hours every day :) Internet speed via free Wi-Fi around 20Mbits. Walking distance to nearest restaurant is 10 mins. Communication with the land lord was good (all instructions delivered in advance).

For the price the bathrooms need refurbishment. Everything works well it just looks tired in places.

The staff Joy and Gianny looked after us very well during our stay. Whenever we had a question they immediately helped us out.

Unfortunately, only at the villa we were staying, the staff were passing through the property (at the pool area) to go to the laundry room which somehow felt like disrupting our privacy why we were spending time at the pool. Also all the mattresses need to change because they are damaged.

The villa was really dirty and old,many things in the villa are old and need to be changed!we also had problems in the communication with the owner:I wanted to make changes in the reservation,since more people were coming and when I called the owner he told me I should inform booking.Though I got a confirmation about the change and PAID EXTRA for a cot bed,there was no cot bed and extra towels when we got there.The cot bed came a day later and the towels they brought where again dirty…

Don't know where to start. I would have expected more from such villas at 300 eur per night : - The outdoor furniture doesn't look at all like in the picture, old table wood bank like you are in a middle of a camping in the forest, not white's furniture as shown in the picture. - Kitchenware could have been more equipped , for instance lack of kitchen serving tray, and no good knives, lot of kitchenware were in plastic. - Bathroom showers looks old which feel a bit dirty, with lot of rusty spot ! - bathroom showers looks small ! I felt it was like a 2 stars hotel shower were you have barely space to shower, a high constrast with the picture. - All bathroom were within a room, which mean that the people from the last 4 bedroom need to go to another bedroom to shower, which is a bit unconvenient. - the Nespresso machine is a nice touch, but for several people , a coffee machine would have been more convenient for breakfast - the location is far away from every good spot, it stands bar, etc.. but they were temporarily closed. - No washing service of the bathroom towels, for few days, you have to wash yourself, that's ok,

The pool is spacious, good temperature, really enjoyable. The fireplace's BBQ was nice. Nevertheless , the villa is overrated in my point of view. Manager is nice guy but overall staff makes me feel you are in an industrial renting complex, not like someone hosting a villa with some good tips. But i believe that's my mistake i should have been more careful, i will never rent this place again, neither advice people i know about it.

Unfortunately upon our arrival the first thing we noticed was that the swimming pool and the area around the swimming pool (including the sunbeds) were dirty. The swimming pool water was also approx. 20cm below the surface when we arrived. In general, it wasn’t very pleasant to swim in. The swimming pool was cleaned and filled with water 2 days after our arrival. Also, the ac in the master bedroom was not working efficiently with the temperature not dropping below 28 celcius degrees during the day. It is an old villa but some things could be better maintained.

Quiet neighbourhood, amazing view of the sunset from the balcony, beautiful greenery surrounding the villa, big swimming pool comfortable spaces. In summary, it is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday.

The amenities of the house need some updating, it is ok in general but for the price, things should be of better quality/newer. On 2 of the 5 nights we were there, the group renting of the house next to us were blasting music and shouting until midnight, even with the doors and windows closed we could hear them clearly. It wasn't fun.

The house itself is beautiful and the geographical location is great, as it is opposite a small forest and close to the ocean, we had a nice breeze all day, the view was beautiful and we loved having privacy for the pool.

Cleanliness was very inconsistent with no attention to detail (eg kitchen pots and utensils were not clean) The worst part was that we needed help with the key safe to access the property and they only reply to WhatsApp messages. They replied to us the next day. Thankfully we were able to handle it ourselves but if it was an emergency we would not have been able to access the property at all.
