You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The rooms are small. The room with a side sea view faces the parking lot, it can be noisy. The hotel is not new, the room design is simpl but clean.
The hotel is located on the central embankment of the city, you can take walks in comfort. The beach is very close. The hotel has swimming pools, SPA, restaurants and a bar.

The standard rooms are in the “old” building. While the rooms look nice, the corridors are rather worn off.
Facilities, well equipped rooms. Great location on fig tree bay beach. And the highlight of our stay was the breakfast, amazing variety, attentive staff.

Rooms a little aging, ours smelt of damp (could have been air con). Didn't realise spa facilities were free until last day. Probably should have checked, but would have been nice to be told on arrival. Just overall didn't feel like a 5 star hotel for the money. As for location, only restaurants are on the 'strip'... Lots of TV screens... Don't expect local authentic places with local atmosphere.
Location to the beach fantastic. Staff friendly. Good breakfast buffet. Lots of choice.

The hotel facilities start to be a bit dated. No private beach, swimming pool water was colder than average.

There are some restaurants near by who celebrate end of season the last 5 nights till 3.00-4.00 in the morning with very loud greek music. It was better to go to the party than trying to sleep They have very performant sound system from your room you feel like you are in the restaurant
Really good personnel and facilities. Sun beds in a very good position overlooking the Fig tree bay, Two very nice pools, Excellent location Excellent breakfast

The venue definitely needs an update. Its very 80’s and the mint green curtains needs a change.
Location was perfect!!!! Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The view was amazing from the room. The poolside restaurant wad great!

Hotel is very old. Rooms are old, carpets, if you take the stairs, it is dirty. Needs renovation. Also they charge for spa (I.e sauna, which was not clear in advance
Location is perfect, best sea I have ever seen. Massage was good, sauna great. Pool is good too.

Breakfast was beyond amazing. General manager had a cocktail evening. Spoke to everybody. An amazing person who cares about his guests. I have stayed here before and the difference he has made to the hotel is very noticeable. All staff friendly. Marietta was always helpful and friendly. Great access to pools and beach. Beautiful gardens. Shower facilities after checkout an added bonus. Will definitely return.

We need normal English Breakfast tea bags in your room, instead of all the flavoured teas etc. The bar prices are a little steep

Breakfast was very good but there could have been slightly more variety.
The hotel was very clean and tidy. All of the staff were very accommodating and helpful at all times. The pool area is very large. The room itself had a great big bed and was cleaned every day.

The room was short on usable storage and small balcony. We booked a sea view but the main view was of a car park although we could see the sea
The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was convenient for the beach and bars , shops etc it you wanted it.

I think Capo Bay needs an update to get it inline with its 5* rating. The rooms need to be redesigned to make use of the space and views. The reception area also needs a redesign so it can make the most of its prominent location on the beach.
Capo bay has a fabulous location right on fig tree bay beach and within easy walking distance of so many bars and restaurants. I love the breakfast buffet, great variety of food and drinks. The staff are so helpful, welcoming and friendly.

Excellent location. Near the beach and boardwalk. Excellent breakfast with fresh produce each day. Excellent staff, very attentive and accommodating. Super comfortable beds and pillows. They have the best spa I’ve ever been to (and I’ve been to many around the world).

The room decor is a bit bland and the hairdryer is one of those terrible old ones that is attached to the drawer and has no power. I could not dry my hair. The bathroom is small with no space to put your stuff on the sides. The hallways were a bit tired and smelt a bit stale.
Fabulous location right on Fig Tree Bay with the most direct access to the sea and a really spacious outside area with lots of rooms between sunbeds. Great adults only area. Really lovely restaurant choices (especially Koi for sushi) and a lovely breakfast. Staff were really helpful. Our room was lovely and large and we had a really large comfy bed (we were upgraded to a Deluxe sea view room).

No soundproofing (you can hear very loudly your neighbor’s closet and drawers closing) Meals (lack of diversity and lower quality - vegetables had no taste)

A lot of people smoking around the two pool areas , would have been more considerate to have designated smoking areas to keep the smokers together . Housekeeping could be improved .

The bathroom water handling, the fact that the beds are 50cm from the main doors, The air conditioning switch is not really letting you control the temperature.
When you have a great manger, it's easy to have a wonderful hotel! We loved the great facilities, the clean the kindness of the teans, The food variety and freshness.
