Our room was looking at the busy street, so it was noisy at night. We had to close windows in order to get some sleep, and it would become too hot in the room during the night (we don’t like sleeping with the a/c turned on).

It’s near the beach and the rooms are comfortable. They have great breakfast and staff is really friendly.

Breakfast, the portions were very little and there was no variety, the staff were not very friendly. The bathroom in the room was a bit small specially the shower area

You have to walk to reach the beach (if you need it). The sea is shallow in this place.

It was noisy in the evening and at night. And sleeping with the window closed and the air conditioner on was not comfortable. I understand that this is not a complaint against the hotel. It's just that guests need to know this.

The hotel is more than excellent. Clean and tidy, in a very good place. The staff is very friendly and professional. Rooms spacious with everything you need, cleaned every day. Breakfast is excellent and very varied in the beautiful restaurant on the roof. All praise for this hotel, a perfect place to rest.

Rise Urban Art hotel is great! We had a nice stay, the staff is very nice, the room is spacious and the location of the hotel is very good, a short walk distance from the marina. The breakfast is amazing - infinite options, good coffee, we loved it. The rooftop bar is also a great place to stay, have dinner or drinks and some snacks. We really enjoyed our stay and fully recommend the hotel.

No complaints whatsoever.

A wonderful hotel with polite, attentive, and helpful staff. Everything is close by: the bus stop for getting to and from the airport, the beach, shops, restaurants, etc. The room we got was comfortable and had a spacious balcony. The breakfast was excellent — salmon, honeycomb, various types of bread and cheese, and more. Delicious coffee. Overall, a very positive experience!

the gym was not clean, and with stale air, and a few more dislikes that I mentioned previously like: no fresh towels, electric kettle with EU plug and a lot of noise

Good breakfast with plenty of options to choose from, but it was exactly the same for all three days — not even small changes. The rooms are small but clean and nice, although it was hard to get fresh towels. There was also an electric kettle, but with an EU plug, so we couldn’t use it. The location is not bad — not near the sea, but right on a very loud road.

The beds were very stiff and hard. Did not feel comfortable sleeping on them. They also advertise free parking on premises. There is only 4 spots available which made things very tricky in the evening. We had to hurry back from dinner so another vehicle could get out. They looked upset we were parked there but staff gave us the ok. It was a bit awkward.

Great location, walking distance to the ocean and great restaurants and shopping. Air conditioning worked great. The style of the hotel is fun and cute. The rooftop is open in the evening and is nice for a drink. They serve a really wonderful breakfast in the morning too! I appreciated how it started as early as 7am.

Great location, close to main points in the city and only 5 minutes away from the beach. The bed is very comfortable, and the room is cosy. There is an excellent view from the hotel.
