Staff was extremely friendly. They took great care of my daughter who has some food allergies at every meal. We only needed to tell them once. The place is really nice. Would highly recommend.

We were looking for a relaxing break in a high quality hotel and got exactly that. Beautiful environment, very good food, very friendly and welcoming staff, well maintained. Lots of little extras we didn’t expect. They managed to pull off making our stay feel quite personal despite the size of the hotel and number of guests. To be recommended.

The locality is pleasant but not outstanding. On Cyprus, there is no railway so, apart from planned excursions, bus or taxi is the only method of travel available.

The service and the surroundings inside the hotel. There were a number of restaurants and a large swimming pool. Only a short walk from a bus station. Although relatively expensive, I would thoroughly recommend.

Initially disappointed that we didn't have full Seaview room as indicated on booking.com but explanation given and we will know better for our next visit.

The gym facilities weren't great and there were very few classes on offer compared to other hotels. The breakfast buffet was congested at times particularly around the omelette making area.However,the omlettes were delicious and worth the queue. The room descriptions are slightly ambiguous. We paid a supplement for a sea view and our first room offered a partial view over the swimming pool and the sea at an angle. Upon raising this at reception the receptionist suggested that the partial sea view rooms overlooked the car park. Fortunately, her colleague intervened and a room with a full sea view was available and we were able to change rooms.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The Hotel is nice as one would expect of a 5 star and the bed was comfortable. The cleaners did an excellent job. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The hotel kindly arranged a taxi for us to and from the airport for 30 euros each way.

Staff is well trained/ professional but not friendly. Receptionist was slightly arrogant along with a few staff around the pool. Outdoor pool isn't heated so pool was very cold -even in April. Indoor pool was full of screaming kids until 6pm.

Our room had an intense perfume smell which was very unpleasant. We reported it to reception and arranged for inspection.

Hard to fault.

Excellent facilities with staff who are incredibly friendly, helpful and are very good at doing their different jobs. Hotel is well situated for getting to the Old Town and also the Harbour area (both about 35 mins walk or a short taxi ride). Excellent buffet breakfast. Highly recommended.

The indoor pool could have been a degree or two warmer. Entertainment was a bit lacking, but we didnt mind too much.

Food was fantastic especially breakfast. Hotel was run like clockwork, and all the staff were most helpful. liked the well kept gardens and sea path walk to paphos. Free bike hire and easy transport. The hotel organised car hire for us, which was very easy. Always lots of vareity at Dinner and brilliant waiter service. We had welcome drink, sweets in the room and lots of drink choices.

I would say the spa (indoor pools) should be renovated..massages are not value for money..at least the one we had was not what we expected to be. The gym and gym equipment is very good though.

The hotel is a wonderful place for a holiday. It is stunning elegant stylish and serene but not at all pretentious. The grounds are lush i have never seen such an enormous bed, the staff are amazing. Nothing is too much trouble they are very varied in age and nationality and are really warm and friendly. One place i will return to soon.

1. No ATM in the lobby, where most things will require cash. 2. Access to the sea, although there is a small beach area in front of the hotel is not usable, very disappointing. Would be a very easy thing to make it nice and usable, and unfortunately it doesn´t look very nice, and not cleaned.

Everything, is a true 5star hotel. The reception area, the welcoming process, overall hotel design looks very nice and luxurious. Amenities, the pool, the bars, restaurants. The breakfast was very good, good quality food and very diverse, good wifi. Room was very good, good size, welcoming sweets, water, a complementary cake (we traveled for Easter) overall room was prepared for all needs, even with an European power adaptor. Stuff was extremely friendly, everywhere someone to help you, very professionals. There were a few cats in the Hotel area that looks quite good, which I hope the Hotel was taking care of them.

Would have appreciated a little more information at the time of check -in i.e. where the ironing room was, I got the feeling that, as our room was a bit tucked away, daily servicing was late - usually after 2 pm. I suppose it is OK if you are away or sun bathe all the day. Not a big issue,

Loved the garden and space. One never feels crowded in. The breakfast was excellent. Something for every taste. Staff is very attentive, without being over bearing. Everybody is very friendly and helpful. The room, especially the bed, was very comfortable - also plenty of towels - Reception acted on all our requests promptly and with courtesy. For a large hotel, you get the feeling that you are a valued individual and guest. Staff is very well trained.
