Withholding money as a deposit for potential damages even more than a month after the stay! Very poorly equipped kitchen, a few old and damaged pots, the shower drain didn’t work properly, and the shower faucet didn’t stay securely on the wall. The balcony door was warped, and when closed, there was a gap at the top, through which a lot of cold air came in at night (we were there during cooler weather). The air conditioning in one of the rooms didn’t work. The apartment is old, and it’s clear that nothing has been done to it for a long time. The photos online don’t match reality, and the offer doesn’t justify the relatively high price. Had we known all this, we definitely wouldn’t have gone and would have paid a bit more for something of better quality. We were in Cyprus for two weeks and stayed in 4 different accommodations, and this was by far the worst.

Very kind and helpful hosts, they allowed us an early check-in, good location in the city center.

there is a only one washing machine for 3 apartments and there was always queue ( and one day our white clothes got ruined because there was some kind of powder or something like that left in the washing machine. and there is a only few caps, it’s not enough for 4 people)

There are some points which need maintenance/rectification, most if which are not expensive and that would make this apartment so much better: - Freezer door lock is broken, prone to ice. When I first opened the freezer there was weeks(!) of accumulated ice and I had to deal with it... - Door of microwave half broken, have to be careful how to handle it - Inside of cabinets are smelly, need a simple cleaning with some detergent from time to time - Bolts of pots and pans are loose, easily solvable - Balcony chairs are very worn, one of them would not sustain under a weighty person - Occasional cockroach I wrote some of these observations down to the owner who promised to look after them, however, in 7 days nothing happened. I hope they feel responsible enough to fix these issues and make the apartment better!

Everything went smoothly, the terms&conditions are very clearly documented. I got back my damage deposit within 7 days. We were allowed to leave our baggages before check-in time. The bathroom and shower are excellent! Even though they state no cleaning equipment is provided, we got new sponge, washing-up liquid, shower gel and shampoo! Everything is adequate, even the cooking equipment (which tends to be insufficient in other small apartments). The balcony looks to a garden and it is very calm and quiet. The price point was very good at this apartment, especially because it is 5-6mins walk from the beach!

The cleanliness could be better. A good spring clean of the property. Also, the balcony can not be used as there are ants and lizards around due to too many outgrown plants around, like a bush.

The location is excellent. The apartment has everything you need.

We were provided a single set of towel for 7 days and only 2 small bottles of shower gel/ shampoo. Due to the high air humidity, couple of showers a day were a must, so having only 1 towel for shower for a week is kind of difficult.

The location is great, 8 mins walk from the beach and 4 minutes walk to the main street of Ayia Napa where all the restaurants and shops are. Everything was cleaned and great.

Wi-fi was really bad. Only 1 bar, and somethimes we did not have Wi-Fi signal at all. There is Smart TV in the room, but we can not use it because wifi is bad, so Netflix and Youtube dont work.

There's no stuff for self care. And it wasn't mentioned in the description. But it's minor one.

I liked everything listed above. I had some problems with lock-box because I didn't find any code in the messages I've received from host. But customer service was working till late night and they helped me.

Nice, well equipped studio accommodation in the heart of Ayia Napa. It looks exactly as in the pictures and has everything we needed including AC at no extra charge. Communication with the Stay team was excellent, all questions and concerns were addressed promptly. I would definitely stay at one of their properties again.

The first night we found something hanging 15 cm from the ceiling in the bedroom. when we tried to remove it from the wall, it fell apart and a bed of maggots came out of it and scattered all over my suitcase and things. it was horrible. we complained immediately but all we got was an apology and if something like that happens again they will fix it. i don't know how someone who was cleaning the apartment didn't see the bed of maggots hanging from the ceiling. after 5 days of staying, the bulge started to grow 4-5 cm again. and when we complained, they told us it was a Sunday and they couldn't help us. the experience was horrible especially since we were the only girls and we have a phobia of maggots. the shower cabin was leaking, so we had to clean and collect the water after every shower. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The apartment was already untidy when I went on vacation. And you can hear the sound of conversation from the hallway really well into the apartment. I don't think you can sleep properly in the apartment during the tourist season. The apartment has very good wifi and smart TV.

It was not clean. There were spider webs and the towels did not look very clean. We found glasses behind the pillow on the couch… The people that manage it were correct but they should change their cleaning agency.

The overall impression of the apartment is positive. It's enough for 2 people. There is a comfortable bed to sleep on and the sofa, but it's not suitable for sleep. The kitchen is small but well-equipped, so you can cook anything there. The wifi is super quick. The host quickly reacts to any issues you can face. There is a washing machine on the top floor so you can do laundry for free, just need to buy some detergent. Before check-in, you have to pay the deposit. I get the deposit back in 19 days( with a small commission taken ~5 euro) The apartment is located a bit on the hill on the ground floor, but it's in the city center.It took around 10-15 min to get to the beach. There is a small balcony where you can dry your clothes. We were staying in this apartment in November so it's been relatively quiet in the night and morning. The apartment is good for its money.

Hosts asked for a damage guarantee sum which was not well defined when we made reservation by Booking. We received the guarantee in a timely fashion afterwards. The clothing iron was not usable (burned base).

Located in the vicinity of central plaza in Agia Napa (close to the monastery). Multiple beaches and Agia Napa harbour accessible in 10-30 minutes by walking. A lot of shops nearby, but many (70%) closed off-season. Bus station also accessible. Separate bedrooms (2) which may be convenient at times. Rather large bathroom compared to other places we've seen. Well furnished kitchen and working freezer/other appliances, now there is also salt in the kitchen :) Very useful extra blankets for the night (Nov/Dec). Terrace on top was very nice, with view of the sea and city.

Some small things can be changed, like the metal shampoo holder in the bathroom that is quite rusty. I personally did not like the obligatory damage detosit. There were no issues with the deposit, but wish I didn't have to deal with that.

Everything was exactly as shown in pictures. The location is very good and the place is clean. The wine and water bottle in the fridge were really nice surprise at arrival. Hosts are kind and will quickly answer all your questions.
