Room had bad air-conditioning and we were not able to even adjust the temperature. In the room we had 2 small beds instead of one big one, which was very uncomfortable. The bathroom door is also very badly selected since the water keeps spilling out. Also the snacks mentioned are a bit of a scam since you cant have them in the pool area, only in the restaurant, were you cant enter if you are wet. So when you exit the pool you have to wait to dry out and then go for it...

The room was clean. Food was great with a very large selection. Pool was very nice and big as well. The drinks at the bar were good.

Location is out of the city, lack of public transport. Repeating meals. Almost no entertainment, so gets boring. Hotel needs renovation.

Not enough sun loungers at the pool. Hotel is on the beach but there is no beach for swimming. Reception staff do not communicate with reservations office and vise versa- our queries were never answered before visit and they were ignored when we asked upon arrival. Shower panel in our room was leaking so we had water all over bathroom floor after showering..it felt a bit run down.. and we had cockroaches in our room and bathroom, they were also spotted (not once) in public areas. Not quite 5 star hotel in our books.

Prsentable lobby and bedrooms, clean pool. Our housekeeping lady was very sweet as well as restaurant staff especially Ms Nahah. Entertainment day and evening was pretty good. Nice waterpark.

Restaurant food not as good as our previous stays staff clearing eaten food away very quick my husband took his food to table at breakfast then got up to get butter he had forgotten, came back to our table and his food had been taken away he was not happy 😩😩

No beach at the hotel, the closest one is 20 min walking distance. The hotel needs general renovation. It's not 5* any more.

My husband did not like the bathroom being visible to the bedroom with no blind. Even frosted you could see more than my daughter would want to. She spent time in the balcony or went to another family members room when he showered.

The views. 80% of the building is still in excellent condition. Some tired looking areas but mostly fine. Our room was stunning (Superior sea view room). Could fault it at all.

Buffet and pool were really crowded, lots of families and kids running and shouting all time. Low/ chip quality drinks at the bars. The bathroom could be better for a 5 star hotel

buffet was really good with a lot of choices, the pool was clean and huge, the gym was small and cozy, and the room was clean. Friendly staff, i totally recommend this place for a value for money stay.

This was our second time and we will return again. The food is excellent. Lovely staff and everywhere was clean. My only opinion that some areas needs maintenance but on the whole excellent resort.

Hotel needs a full renovation in order to look like a proper five star hotel. Tv is outdated. Shower head was broken and at some point we ran out of water. The hairdryer had exposed wires which seemed dangerous. Our towels were dirty, we had to ask for new ones. Bed sheets were also dirty. In general the hotel facilities are old.

Nice location , amazing views from our balcony(sea view) and the pool side. Buffet has a lot of options which can satisfy all people. Staff is friendly. There is waterpark at the hotel as well. Spa is ok but not for a five star hotel. You can book massage for an extra charge in advance. Housekeeping every day. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and slippers are included. There is a game room for all ages.

Cockroaches are running around in the hotel. The staff couldn't order a taxi so we had to rush to the airport early in the morning and pay double.

Arrived at 15:00 for check in but room was not ready until 15:30 Gym is to complicated to access. Need to scan QR create account, use photo etc. Pool beds were occupied all the time because everyone leaves their towels from early morning so the can secure a bed for later. Asked for single double bed and got 2 beds instead.

Water is a basic need and should be renewed daily in the rooms and should not be an extra charge.Hotel check-in time is late

Our favorite aspect was that the hotel was designed for children and was a family hotel.

The bar staff could be more positive, the furniture in the rooms might need a bit of new stuff and the pools should be better cleaned

The ‘all-inclusive’ was very poor. There were no snacks available between meals and the night time snacks were appalling, we ended up ordering food to be delivered. One small side table with a few pastries and stale sandwiches. If you eat at 6pm, by 11/12 pm the kids are hungry again. There could have been more entertainment too it was very basic
