Every thing was amazing, clean and tidy and there was a hose for arab people in the bathroom!

Sofa too low. Okay for young people. Would be nice to supply tea & coffee & milk...maybe a biscuit. This helps before finding way around shops. Also could do with map & info of things to do. We left some there.

Location was good. Apartment was mostly quiet apart from the building work around area. Woke me up 9am a few times. Nice balcony but weather didn't permit us to use it much. Host was super helpful & friendly. Went out of his way to bring some needed items including coffee!

The owner might check on the cleaning staff because all their work is just superficial. Very far from spotlessness. The apartment by itself would need a proper refresh, still functional but it's getting rundown.

A very great location. Quiet neighborhood. The host is very polite, educated and offers you all the necessary information. In a few hundred meters there's a Zorbas Bakery which is perfect to start your day with a huge variety of fresh pastries, specialty coffee, whole food. In a 10-15 minute walk you got everything what Larnaka can offer: the beach, the historical places, the small but well organized market, Ithaki garden restaurant, and obviously fancy shops and fancy restaurants for typical tourists. A longer walk is the Salt lake, but it worth to visit. I would recommend!

The allocated parking lot was very difficult to get into and out, but on street parking could be found nearby. Early morning outside noise some days disturbed us on some mornings.

Host excellent was excellent at responding to messages and requests. Property very clean and very well equipped. Good location - walking distance to sea front and restaurants and shops. Well equipped and serviced, with reliable, quiet lift. No noise from adjoining flats.

The place was amazing and spacious, with a wonderful view and a good amount of cooking utensils, they even had salt and pepper. We were there at the end of December so they provided us with a good amount of heaters. The tv was not the old box that is shown on the pictures. It was a small smart TV that has the options for Netflix and YouTube. The owners were kind and were more than willing to help with any questions we had. The house gave us the full experience of a vintage cyprus house.

The Lara 303 apartment is really very big and comfortable for a stay with a family. The building is located in a quiet place close to big Zorbas bakery and grocery store that work 24 hours and it takes you only about 10 min walk to get to the Finikoudes Beach where you can find attractive destinations like restaurants with sea food and Cypriot national cuisine. The terrace is big and the view from it in the mornings was so nice! The apartment is very clean, every room is spacious and has air conditioning, and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. We were travelling with children and the host was very nice to us. He offered us every assistance that we needed and some extra things necessary for the baby and also allowed us to have a late check-out from the apartment on the day of our departure.

There was a lack of towels. This property accommodates four people, but there was only one body towel for each one and one hand towel in the bathroom to share. Although there was a small coffee maker, there was no coffee, sugar, tea, etc.

The toilet had a bad smell which was not nice even though the bathroom was clean and a good size. A few additions in the kitchen would be good, like more plates and some bowls, a toaster would be a good as well.

The apartment is comfortable and clean. It was spacious enough for us. Fouad gave clear instructions on check in and check out so we had no issues finding the place. The building is well kept and clean. The area is quiet and a short walk away to the main road and marina with lots of shops and restaurants. Good quality furniture throughout the apartment. There was air-conditioning in all the rooms and enough storage space. Nice big television with Netflix and other streaming apps as well as local channels.
