The TV was not working, and it was quite noisy, especially in the evenings.

The location is excellent, just as described—everything is nearby, and it’s only a 5-minute walk to the sea. The apartment itself was clean and well-maintained, making our stay pleasant.

When we take a bath, the water was going out of the bathtub and there were no option for this water to run out and we had to collect it in a bucket with the mop. A big knife is missing. And there were cockroaches - just 2 for 4 days, but ...

The location is perfect! The rooms are spacious enought, it was clean, the decoration is very fresh. All type of facilities were available. The staff was more than helpful and polite. They answered all our questions very fast.

Location is very good. Just next to Paul Caffe and aome restaurants. Appartment was very clean, no towel in kichen, no soap in shower. Antonio the owner is really ok and nice, easy communication with him.

The apartment is super well equipped, everything you need. It is super clean, modern and comfortable. It is in a central area close to restaurants, cafes, shops of all kinds. Inside the apartment no noise from outside is heard, the beds are super eaten. the host responds instantly. Very satisfied and we hope to repeat!

I definitely recommend renting this place, we had a really great time. All the rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean! Perfect location to explore the city centre and just 300 metres from foinikoudes beach! Kateryna and her team were extremely kind and helpful. They perfectly fulfilled all of our requests at all times. Hope to visit again in the future.

Terrible apartment. Stay away from it. While the apartment’s fundamentals are good (great location, good size, decently renovated), there were a ton of issues that resulted in a terrible experience for us. Although the service providers tried to respond to our service requests, in practice they did not provide solutions. The kitchen is not equipped at the most basic level. A coffee machine without coffee or capsules - it cannot be used. There were no cutting knives or cutting board. There is no dishwasher. A day after we asked for knives and a cutting board - they brought them to the apartment. The dishes in the cupboard are dirty and sticky. We had to wash all the dishes when we arrived. There wasn't even a kitchen paper towel. We asked for it a day later and they brought one kitchen towel... The pillows are falling apart. The sofa in the living room, which should open to a double bed, was dirty and not set up correctly. It took us twenty minutes of back pain to open it to a proper bed. There were not enough blankets. We asked and they brought. We had to spread them out on the floor as a bed for our daughter who was unable to lie on the repulsive sofa. There was an inflatable mattress in the closet without a pump. We asked for it and they didn't bring it so we couldn't use the mattress. There wasn't even enough toilet paper in the bathroom and there wasn't even shampoo in the shower. The air conditioner leaked and left huge puddles on the floor. A day after our arrival, a friendly technician arrived and worked for more than two hours on repairing the AC in the living room, when we were sitting in the apartment and could not go out on our plans in the city. The picture that was probably hanging on the wall in the living room in the past, is lying on the floor. They didn't even bother to hang it on the wall.
