The Pool was amazing but unfortunately no place to be by the pool without paying

The food was amazing, so much variety and so much food in the day- you won't go hungry. The staff was amazing! They went above and beyond whenever we asked a question of needed help. The all inclusive drinks were great. The hotel was very clean!

The reception team. It's not that nice the fact we sent a message from booking.com regarding our special occasion and to recommend some restaurants and we never got an answer. We arrived, and there was no ac at the room working and hot water the first night. They got us a heater. Then we asked for a late check out because our flight was late in the night, and even we know they still got some rooms available and we not mind to pay an extra for that, they only offer the shower and changing room next to the pool. Not the welcoming reception staff we got at all.

The breakfast was amazing. The dinner was nice also. The staff from the restaurant are very friendly and that's what we like the most. The pool area is great

The shower/bathtub was a bit difficult to use and the water easily got out to the floor.

Not even 1 European plug in the room. You always need an adapter (which you get without problems at the reception. )

The only thing we missed for breakfast was freshly squeezed orange or grapefruit juice. The rest was nothing to complain about.

From the moment we entered the hotel, we were greeted by the smile of a nice receptionist who organized an easy and as quick as possible check-in for us, which we appreciated after a long journey. We were accommodated on the 4th floor, in a quite large room, with a balcony with a side view of the sea. All necessary amenities were available in the room. Everything was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered a large selection of cold and hot dishes, lots of fruit and desserts. All the staff working there, not forgetting the lovely lady from the pool section, through the breakfast team, to the receptionists and manager, were nice and helpful. We had rested well there and we recommend this hotel to people who want to relax by the pool or on the nearby beach. See you soon!

The wifi was a joke. The signal is strong, but the speed is very low, we had difficulties loading a simple web page without any multimedia content. Probably they have a bad ISP.

Very good location, you can reach everything very fast but you don’t hear the party zone. The food is very tasty there is a big variety and the style changes every evening (Mediterranean, Italian, Asian, etc). The staff was very helpful.
