We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomAttention to detail is a must for this place especially with decor paint marks over tiles ect if you are paying you want the best for your stay or you might as well stay in a hostel
The property sits on a great location and the beach they are attached to is one of the best always able to have a sunbed and good beachfront bars and food

IrelandHotel pools on weekends are very busy. A lot of locals use the pools and beach bar even though they are not residents. Hotel should have policy that all pools should be for hotel guests
Location was great. We had car so was only 10-15 min to Marina

LebanonIn the bedrooms there was “sewage smell problem in the room and humidity) The cleaning crew is very average honestly The room looked different than the picture . I would rate it more like a 3 * hotel The breakfast is very repetitive a lot of sausages and meat not a lot of vegetables, the fruits & fruit salad looked sad !
The pools , the beach bar & it staff were awesome honestly The hotel is very nice as a location for sure Regardless of the room issues and everything we had a beautiful time

United KingdomAC was not working properly even though we changed rooms. AC is more like a fan and it’s not cooling the room properly. Also the bottom sheet in the bed was too small and kept coming off during the night.
We loved staying here. Private beach area was beautiful and quiet. Lovely big pool area and beach club. The staff were lovely and helpful!

United KingdomThe resort looks tired and a little bit dated. It felt more line the end of the season rather than the start. There is work that needs to be done to make it to the standard of a boutique hotel. The car park is across a busy road and didn’t feel particularly secure. The resort isn’t set up for families with young children. There is no kids pool or entertainment.
The staff were lovely, very helpful and accommodating. There was an issue with our room availability to the previous guest no checking out and the staff did everything to try and manage the situation. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

United KingdomOnly a few minor negatives: the kettle in my room didn't work (reported - wasn't bothered really as too hot for hot drinks mostly!) and there was some fluff on the bedroom floor but nothing major. Also, would've liked/expected pitta bread at mealtimes (to go with the hummus etc) but that's just a personal preference - there were plenty of other things to eat! A couple of other restaurants were mentioned as being on site but I don't think they were open yet. And the Beach Club, not open in the evenings as mentioned before, probably because not in high season yet.
I loved my 2-night stay at So Nice resort and would definitely stay there again. The staff were super friendly and accommodating - special shout out to Steven and Mustafa! And many others, who I didn't get the names of. The resort itself was lovely. It was not very busy (early season I guess), which made for a super chilled and peaceful stay. The low-rise white buildings are set within lovely landscaped grounds with plants and flowers. It looks like all rooms have a balcony or terrace. My room was spacious, well-equipped, and clean, with comfortable bed/pillows and nice rainfall shower. There was also a small safe, mini-fridge, bathrobe, slippers, hair dryer, and A/C. Some rooms even have their own little pool! The three main pools were large and practically empty. It is very close to a lovely quiet beach, with plenty of sunbeds/parasols and watersports. Hotel guests have free use of the nearest sunbeds/parasols, and the others are only 2.50 Euro for the day/part day anyway. Hotel provides pool towels free for guests and they can be taken to the beach. The sea is calm and shallow here (Landa beach) - you can walk to Nissi Beach and other beaches nearby via a path/walkway. I stayed all-inclusive; the food was very good in the buffet restaurant (Blu), which has a couple of live cooking stations also (Italian chefs!) doing meat, fish and pastas. Drinks were either obtained there in Blu, or at the Beach Club in the daytime, which included lovely cocktails and Prosecco! (Beach Club not open in the evenings while I was there, probably because the hotel wasn't busy enough yet.) They accommodated my request for lunch after I'd checked out, which was great! If you want a peaceful chilled stay in beautiful surroundings then choose here! If you want a loud, party atmosphere then don't (there are plenty of other places in Ayia Napa that will cater for that!

FranceI stayed one night and regretted booking it. The room was dirty and smelled like vomit. The pools look nice from afar, but up close, all the edges are filthy. I honestly wanted to check out right after checking in. For the high price, this place is a huge letdown. It might be acceptable at a third of the cost, but in its current state, it feels more like a 2-star hotel
The location.

United KingdomThis hotel was a disaster from the moment we arrived. Despite having paid €600 in advance through Booking.com, they refused to let us check in unless we paid an additional €170 for a “suppletory bed” — even though we had booked a room with two double beds. We realized the bed could simply be separated, meaning the charge was completely unjustified — just an attempt to squeeze more money out of us. On top of that, they don’t accept Amex (which wasn’t made clear during booking). I asked if we could wait until check-in so I could grab another card from the room, but the receptionist started implying I couldn’t afford to pay and that my card had no balance — completely absurd, as Amex is a credit card. She clearly had no idea how it works and even made me call Amex to "check" that it wasn’t blocked. It wasn’t — the problem was on their side. They left us waiting for over 3 hours, refusing to give us access to the room we had mostly already paid for. I was simply trying to get inside to retrieve another card, but they wouldn't even allow that. We lost the entire first evening of our trip because of their incompetence and complete lack of customer service. And the room? A joke. The air conditioning didn’t work at all — we were melting in 35°C heat every night. The shower didn’t drain, leaving the bathroom flooded. The room was dirty, and the mattress was only covered by a thin sheet, meaning you're sleeping directly on top of other people's sweat and bodily fluids. Absolutely vile. Terrible service, unprofessional staff, broken amenities, and no respect for guests. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else

KuwaitBooked a room with a Pool View but given a room with no view at all. Paid extra and got nothing - Not acceptable. The staff acts like they were literally the guests, no eye contact, no welcoming and no smile. It felt like I was working for them. There was No telephone neither a kettle in the room. Had to walk to the reception couple of times whenever you need something, need to remind them every often.

I had such a wonderful stay at So Nice Hotel! Everything was perfect; from the amazing apartment which opened up their beautiful swimming pool to the beach in front of the hotel which was clean and crystal blue. Each and every member of staff was super friendly and accommodating. I was always greeted with a welcome & smile from the 2 doormen, the reception staff were always so helpful, the dinner manager was chatty and friendly and the beach barman was always on hand to make me a drink as soon as I walked up to the bar. I couldn't recommend it enough and I will be sure to head back! Thank you

CyprusFirst thing when we entered the room, there was a terrible smell of mold which never went away Toilet seat was disgusting, dirty with stains like someone used it. I have asked then to clean it while we were away, this has never happened! Then i asked for 3 blankets as it was cold, we got 2 only. When i called the reception to complain about the toilet and aak for 1 more blanket, she said ahe cant do nothing now as cleaning service is not here. I told her we asked for this to happen 5 hours ago. So i let the toilet situation go ans asked for 1 more blanket she said cleaning service is not there, i said ok but im sure you can get one with out them she said she cannot and then she did this sound like she was bothered and proceeded to say something to her colleague then she said she will see what she can do and ofcrs she did nothing It was an awful experience within the room , disgusting Everyone acted nice but in reality they did nothing care
