Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

HungaryAt check in they block 300€ from your card, and this amount will only be free after two weeks you leave. Some of the rooms are outdated but the prices are not reduced for those. So make sure to get an updated room. The main dining area is open but tent-like covered. Birds and bugs can freely fly in-out. The main dining area is overcrowded, guests don't follow the rules, temperature and humidity is high inside the area. In the pool area there are two water slides which operate only for 1 hour before 12, and 1 hour in the afternoon which is saddening. The prices are high for cocktails snacks etc. Although the beach is clean, the beach beds and small tables attached to them are dirty, sandy, you have to clean it by yourself. The base wifi has low-speed internet, but be aware because when you log in the extra higher speed is already pre-selected which will cost you 15€. Always check the final invoice, we had 1 extra service charged that we didn't use, I complained and they corrected.
The location of the hotel is excellent. Super close to Nissi Beach, the bus station is almost in front of the hotel. Threre are many pools, most are child friendly. The garden is nice too. The breakfast and the dinner are plentiful much to choose from. Dinners are themed (like french, italian, arabian, bbq etc.). The rooms are well equipped. Spa is beautiful, the Victroy bar is cool. Themed restaurants. Stuff is mostly kind, and helpful. The beach is small but nice and clean, every early morning the staff tries to collect the sea weeds. The store of the hotel has almost the same prices like the stores outside the hotel. Beds are comfortable and bedsheets and towels are clean. Beach towels are big, and can be changed each day if you wish.

Georgia- I have booked the double room. But hotel gave me the twin bedroom that had two beds standing together. when i asked to change into room with a double bedI, they didn't but housekeeper changed the bed linen and brought additional layers to make it like one big bed, didn't work actually. It was really uncomfortable. - Hotel has no ordinary charging plugs. There is only american plugs and we were not informed about that in advance. You should give like 5 euros deposit and hotel provides plug adapters. - Kids club is exactly next to an indoor pool and it was al humid inside, i couldn't breathe. Hotel should be more kids friendly and organize kids area not under the ground next to indoor pool. - Kids club party in the evening was not entertaining much.
Comfortable, and luxurious hotel on a beachfront that is supper comfortable especially if you are having holidays with a child. Hotel has its own beach, exactly next to famous Nissi Beach. Nissi is overcrowded while Adams beach hotel private beach is more relaxed and with all necessary facilities. Rooms - we had elegance room. The room was ok. Clean and comfortable but a little small, the view was side sea view but could be better. I was not very happy with our view. Meals - we had half board with i believe was absolutely enough and i am happy that we didn't booked the all inclusive. For both meals(breakfast and dinner) there was a buffet and hotel offered a huge variety. If you have half board, the hotel is flexible to let you choose to have breakfast + either lunch or dinner. From the rooftop restaurant, called Glasshouse you can enjoy with a very beautiful view. Vala beach restaurant had a very nice seafood.

CyprusHousekeeping is not top level to be honest + there should have been some kids activities: water polo, water volley, water gymnastics, dartz, table tennis, music, shows... None of these. Also the water slides only open for an hour morning time and again for another hour in the afternoon.
Location is great, restaurant is good, rooms are very nice

Israelfood options were low (hotel and the area around), and the food was expensive for the quality. I believe it is the area of Aya Napa that is not very competitive in food options and quality like Limassol
the cute beach access, water slides and pools, and breakfast was nice. the crew was wonderful. great for kids
