The property is beautiful and very spacious for the 12 of us! 15 minutes from the airport and very easy to get about. The harbour is about 15/20 minutes walk. The owner Kleanthis Charilaou messaged through WhatsApp and he answered all my questions super quick and was very helpful! We had the best time, would definitely book again! Worth every penny!

We loved everything

We had such a fantastic experience staying at Villa Kristia and we will definitely be back. It is a beautiful, spacious and relaxing home, that was perfect for our family of 11. It's in a lovely quiet area too, with a fantastic diner just around the corner. There were regular pool cleaners and housekeeping, along with great facilities, wifi, a very clean and well looked after pool, and air con. But what really makes this place special is how dedicated and attentive the host is. Not only did he greet us and show us around at 2am when we arrived, he assisted us with every question we possibly had (and we had a lot), he had great recommendations on transport and things to do and he left us some wine as well as delivering hand made donuts not once but twice! Nothing was too much trouble for him and we are so appreciative because he really made our experience the best it can be. We look forward to coming back.

There was wine left for us in the fridge, which was a lovely touch. However, it would have been even better to have some basic essentials like salt, oil, coffee, and tea available, at least for the first morning.

We had a fantastic stay at this very spacious house, perfect for our large group. Each of us enjoyed the comfort of our own space, while the living rooms and yard provided great spots for gathering and BBQs. Kleanthis is the most helpful host we've ever met. He greeted us upon arrival, allowed us to check in early since there were no previous guests, made restaurant reservations for us, shared excellent advice on dining and exploring, and promptly attended to every minor request we had.

Excellent villa with everything a large group of people could need for their holiday. Set in a relaxed residential area in walking distance to grocery shops, restaurants and the coast. The owner was incredibly helpful in particular when we arrived very late and he went out of his way to collect food and supplies for us. I would recommend this villa.

The owner was amazing. Replied promptly to all our questions within minutes. He helped us with airport transfers and local transport while we were in Paphos. The villa is very large with lots of space inside and outside. The pool is a perfect size and there were lots of loungers and chairs outside. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of storage in each room. 100% recommend to anyone thinking of booking Villa Kristia.

There was nothing to 'not like "

The location was great. The villa was the perfect size for our family of 8 adults and 4 children. The owners were fantastic, great communicators, and sorted out any problems very efficiently. They left us wine, bread, butter, and milk for our arrival. We were told lots of local information, places to visit, restaurants, good beaches and if we hadn't already done so, would have organised airport transfers. We could not have asked for more helpful hosts.

Our holiday in the villa was great. The house was beautiful, very spacious and comfortable. We especially liked the owner, who was exceptionally helpful and pleasant. He introduced us to the house, but also told us about the local culture. He was very friendly and caring. Being in a villa like this made our vacation extraordinary. We definitely want to go back there. I recommend everyone to visit this villa.

There was building works happening next to the villa everyday but weren’t to disruptive. The beds were slightly hard but still comfortable.

This villa is huge! The pictures don’t do it justice! The rooms are clean and spacious! The owners are so lovely and super helpful, just a WhatsApp message away! The location of the villa is perfect just a 15 minute walk to the main strip with a few shops and restaurants(Pambi’s diner) on the way which we enjoyed breakfast at. The pool is lovely to cool off in and we enjoyed the bbq facilities.

Only minor things. The benefits of being so conveniently located to Paphos mean that the property is in a slightly more built up area. A blind fell down in one room but the owner sorted it out promptly!

Incredible host - nothing was too much trouble and he was available with quick responses and recommendations for restaurants etc. The villa is huge and in a party of 7 adults it was great. The air conditioning was a real bonus as it was hot when we there last week. The pool was brilliant - warm and regularly cleaned by the pool person. There are plenty of seating areas for dining and lounging outside - even a lemon tree which hangs over one of the seating areas. The Gas BBQ was great for nights eating at the villa. All of the facilities you need for a home from home are available - washing machine, TVs, Hairdryers etc etc! There a little taverna and a couple of small supermarkets within a 5/6 minute walk.

1000% recommended, the owner of the villa, very friendly, helped us with everything we needed, (restaurants, taxis, etc.) He was waiting for us with delicious fruits, wine and donuts, (this is very nice) the villa is equipped with everything you need to a spectacular holidays, the villa is close to everything, it is very well located and in a very quiet area,recommended for those who want to enjoy a beautiful villa,thanks to the owner for being an excellent host.I have no words to describe that it fulfilled all our expectations in everything I'm sure we'll be back, I don't doubt it.. we love this place

Pool was a little cold but due to the time of the year we went (April). Mattresses on the bed were quite hard and not so comfortable to sleep in.

Villa was amazing and exceeded all expectations. Very spacious, and big enough for our large family of 13. It was very clean and all the facilities were amazing. The hosts were brilliant, very quick to communicate. They even left us some welcome treats and drinks which was very kind of them. Our return flight was at night so the hosts very kindly allowed us to remain at the villa until we were ready to head to the airport, something we highly appreciated. Overall, a great experience and would definitely return to this villa if we go as a large group again.
