The bed makes a lot of noise just moving slightly. The plug closest to the bed was broken on one side. The shower doesn’t have anywhere to put soap/shampoo

Staff and food exceeded our expectations, everyone was very kind, friendly, and welcoming. We were treated with free coffee and ice cream, which we did not expect. It felt very homely. The area had powercuts, but the hotel had a generator, and was only affected for a few moments.

Bathroom needs a good clean, including the fan and shower. Drainage smell coming from shower.

Great location, friendly staff, restaurant and bakery right next door. Super comfortable bed and nice bog room with a fridge, kettle, etc.

Noise of cars but nothing can be done about that. Did stop later at night.

Apartment had everything you needed, restaurant was huge and food was fantastic. Portions were huge and value for money. Clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. Plenty of space to sit outside or inside. 1st floor had a communal area to sit outside at night if you wanted and views of the mountains.

The room was not fully air conditioned (only the bedroom had AC), The kitchenette is small and there are no pans if you want to cook. The parking is open for everyone and it’s kind of stressful to leave your car there.

Very nice room, spacious and quite modern with a great bathroom. The breakfast, although not a buffet it was simple but very good. You get a drink of your choice, toasted bread, ham cheese cucumber tomato, jam and butter, fried hallumi fried egg and fried traditional sausage. It was delicious.

The mattress was very uncomfortable. There was no real reception staff, we weren't given a remote for the a/c and when we asked at the "reception" desk the cook gave it to us. Both tha a/c and remote were broken. We were not told the working hours of the restaurant and there is no information regarding this or anything else. Also, the lift is deactivated when the restaurant is closed and so is the main entrance!! It is a shame because the location is great, but the building needs maintenance, attention and love.

The bed was not comfortable at all! The price we booked had breakfast included, we were offered two plates with some options. I am not saying it wasn't fulfilling, but it would be nice to have an option.

The apartment was clean and even though we went on a winter period it was warm. There was a problem with the heat pump and it was fixed within the hour.

Somebody or something was doing noises each 5 minutes all night (we barely could sleep). Cats were yelling on the roof. The dog barked. The matress is hard as rock ( I personally like that), but the feather pillow was hard as rock too (I don't like that. Really, 5e synthetic pillows from any supermarket could do better job, and you can wash them in the machine!) Old furniture, that requires repairs. No spoons/forks, even though there's an electric hob. 70e per night.

Location is superb, breakfast was very nutritious and rather tasty. Hot water in the shower, everything is clean. Place for parking near the hotel. Extremely soft sofas. Fridge in the room.
