I would suggest putting some hangers for towels and clothes in bathrooms.

Really quiet place, a lot of construction works happening nearby, but we were there mostly on weekend so it did not disturb us in any way. Very close to the nice beach. The villa was nicely furbished and clean.

This place was excellent base for our beach going activities. It's clean and spacious and although close to the night activities (bars and restaurants) it's very quiet and relaxed. It's very close to Sunrise and Vrissiana beach. Even Fig Tree Bay, which is our favorite beach in Cyprus, is not that far away (~15min walk). What really stands out are the hosts! They are very attentive and dedicated and they make sure that, whatever you need or think you need, they are there for you. Rarely we have seen a host that you can relay on as here.

Fabulous location, very close to Protaras beach restaurants and bars ( 5 mins ) short walk ( 20 mins ) to fig tree bay. House was really lovely, well equipped, great terrace, patio and balcony. Owner was extremely helpful offering recommendations for beaches, restaurants etc.

I really enjoyed staying here with my family. The villa is really convenient, and the placement is good too! It is only 2 minutes walk from sea and street with shops and restaurants. The owner is hospitable and kind, he helped us a lot during our living there.

Very good location - close to a wonderful sandy beach, close to restaurants, supermarkets. Although everything is close, the place is quiet and peaceful. The villa has comfortable beds and everything you need for a pleasant stay. The owners are very attentive and respond quickly to all messages. Thank you, we had a very good time.

In all these years I’ve met all kinds of hosts, but this family was extraordinary from the beginning to the end. Very kind and careful with everything we needed or asked. We traveled with our 2-year-old son and we decided once in a while to cook for him. Unfortunately, at some point, the oven got broken, but it was replaced with a brand-new one in a matter of hours. Our son got a fever and our wonderful hosts told us that they could take the baby to their doctor in case we need assistance. I have to mention the hospitality, we had a nice cold wine, water and juice waiting for us in the fridge. During our stay, we got a huge watermelon too :) The bottom line, all our questions or requests were addressed in real-time during our stay. The area has multiple supermarkets where you can find anything you want. The beach is really close and all kinds of restaurants are available nearby. Definitely, the Blue Crystal Seaview is excellent value for money and we’ll be our first option when we return to Protaras.

Not all bathrooms were remodeled.

The villa is spacious and in a great location, close to the beach and city center. But still on a quite place. The owners were very helpful and gave us a lot of tips for trips, food and beches around the area.

Everything was perfect.

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful property. The house was well equipped and had everything we needed. The host was extremely helpful and accommodating. Walking distance from Yianna Marie the one of the amazing beaches of Cyprus. Quiet location and ideal for family.

The house says it has a dishwasher, and a laundry machine. But there's no detergent for any of them, and no salt for the dishwasher. It's like renting a car, but they don't give you the gas to run it. The single beds were really uncomfortable, it made me think of hospital beds. The doors make a lot of noise when closing them, so if you're trying to put kids to sleep, that's an extra challenge. I would've paid a higher price for not having to worry about detergents and other stuff.

Nothing , all was great I only suggest one simple issue to add a mirror in the children room

Our stay at the villa was truly memorable. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there, especially the morning views from the balcony, overlooking the beautiful sea and listening to a chorus of singing birds. The villa was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The cleanliness was maintained to a high standard, meeting my personal expectations very carefully. Its perfect location—just three minutes on foot to the beach and the shopping center—made exploring and shopping very convenient. The shopping center offered a variety of essentials, souvenirs, and dining options. The owner was exceptionally kind and welcoming, providing great assistance with questions about dining, outings, and even local hairdressers. The villa's simplicity and organization contributed to a delightful and relaxing vacation experience.
